Mozilla VPN
I greet you in Peace.
To the best of my knowledge, I am the administrator of my pc running windows 10. Two days ago, I purchased the Mozilla VPN and downloaded it to my pc. The Mozilla VPN worked well for the remainder of the day. The following day, I saw a glimpse of a DOS-type error message that stated something to the effect that the VPN would not be permitted to function. I do not recall if I observed the message while in the user or administrator screen, but since seeing the message, whenever I attempt to activate the Mozilla VPN, whether in user or administrator mode, the Mozilla VPN immediately deactivates.
To be sure, I did not command my own pc to immediately deactivate the Mozilla VPN after I purchased it for the purpose of protecting my information.
I would appreciate it if someone at Mozilla will please direct me regarding how I can effectively address and overcome this issue, because I am the only user of my pc. Hence, I am concerned that a security breach exists...or, more accurately, has existed.
Thank you, and I eagerly await your response(s).

Have you tried logging out, uninstalling Mozilla VPN, restarting your computer, and installing Mozilla VPN again?
