I upgraded to Android 10 this morning.

Now, the bug with the Firefox playing notification won't ever go away, even after removing Firefox from memory.

Before on 9, the notification would show after navigating away from a webpage with media on it, but closing Firefox completely and swiping it out of memory made the notification go away. This is not the case any longer.
