Sync MS Bing - Favorites with or into my Firefox's Bookmarks?

I am Resetting (PC repair) up my desktop windows 10 PC's software and personal settings. I use sometimes Both Microsoft's Bing browser and or Firefox's Browsers (FF is my default most of the time).

1) Question : Often I save many kinds of web links for references. . . in both browsers (MS Bing = Favorites & Firefox = Bookmarks). I would like to get them to match somehow! ? Can I sync my Favorites over into Firefox's Bookmarks and visa versa (including my created folder categories)? Other wise I have to copy and past back and forth and that is a lot of work extra work. So again how can I sync both. or at the very least copy once a month into fire Firefox Bookmarks?
