On macOS Firefox seems to use the system share extensions, but the Add to Reading List is not available.

I am accessing this via the 3 dots to the right of the URL and choosing "Share". Clicking "More..." takes me to the System Preferences app, where I can see that Add to Reading List is enabled (screenshots attached).

Would it be possible to add this option?

Hi, it looks like we don't display the "Add to Reading List" option because this actually adds it to a Safari based reading list which users might not want, as Firefox has "Pocket" which is its own reading list.

Additionally it looks like Safari also wasn't behaving correctly as it'd just open up, with no feedback that the url was added to the list - which is something we'd probably not be able to correct, but would obviously be confusing to the user.
