After Comcast issue and phone help, I now have two email accounts with the same name, and duplicate emails. Help!

Comcast phone help said they were taking lots of calls about problems on that day. She walked my through some changes in the settings. I followed instructions. My email started working again, but now I have two accounts with the same name! If I delete the duplicate email, both are deleted. I have no idea how to correct this.
