How to add custom whitelist to 3rd party cookie blocking?

I love the new content blocking mechanism in Firefox. I've set the setting to Strict, and now it blocks 3rd party cookies, which is great.

But the whitelisting mechanism is not easy to use, especially since some websites auto forward to new URLs when the authentication fails. Example:

example.com is a trusted website, and I want 3rd party cookies enabled for it. To access my account there, I need to go to account.example.com, but that page relies on signon.example.com to perform the authentication, and if that fails, it automatically throws me to portal.example.com

Can you see the issue? I want to whitelist account.example.com, but I can't, I see the URL for less than a second, and even if I hit "Stop" , I can't access the panel to whitelist it.

So can you please add an "Add URL" button inside the "Manage Exceptions" window? So I can free write my own URLs?

Even better, can it also please support wildcards so I can write something lile *.example.com ?

Thanks a lot
