Thunderbird denies access to all my POP e-mail accounts and is asking if I want to set up a new account, so I need to know how to access accounts I've had years

I have used Thunderbird to access 5 e-mail POP accounts on my ISP's server (EZnet.net) as well as one from Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail. Suddenly today, when I loaded Thunderbird, these were not present and a screen was asking if I wanted to establish a new e-mail account, as well as a newsfeed account, and a Chat account. How can I regain access to my accounts where I have so many e-mails stored? Answer to: MajorRWms@Gmail.com and ClaireWms@EZnet.net
