I have used Firefox for sometime now to use my ManyCam on singsnap .com until tonight 9/16/2018 when I updated not i find I can't use it anymore to make visual skits with my recorded music...I suspect it has to do with going from a 32 bit app to a 64 bit app. What do i do?

Hi beyowulf, on Mac, I think controlling whether Firefox runs as a 32-bit or 64-bit application is through a setting in "Get Info" for the program. However, I haven't seen it mentioned for a couple years, so that might be somewhere else now.

Other users have reported issues with camera sites that worked in Firefox 61 not working in Firefox 62. It's possible that the page uses older code. To test whether a page with newer script code can access your camera, I have a test page here:

https://www.jeffersonscher.com/temp/webcamstill/index.html

If that works, could you inquire with the site about whether they are aware of a problem for all Firefox 62 users?

As a temporary workaround, does Safari work with the site?

Actually, I checked out SingSnap.com and they use the Flash plugin. Can you make sure the site has permission to use Flash? See: Why do I have to click to activate plugins?

Then if you try the Setup Wizard again (https://www.singsnap.com/karaoke/sing.../wizard?https=1&controllerroute=record), can you get it to discover your camera and microphone?
