Would not go to new tab when clicked "View Ebill Details" on Bank of America online banking site, worked first time on Chrome

Just downloaded new Firefox update. Went to Bank of America online banking Bill pay center and tried to open "View e-bill Details" button. It showed a new tab, but immediately went away with no error message. I added the web site to my allowed pop up windows site in Options, but got the same result. I restarted Firefox, but had same result. I have not previously had problems with this action in Firefox. I went to Chrome and it worked with no problems. I prefer using Firefox, please fix.
