in my Govt portal i can't upload my returns due to i am not able to attach the files
Hello sir from 1month i am facing this problem i can't upload my Sales Tax Returns from Mozila and Chrome also i think it has issue from GOVT Site Problem but i consult with my friends they told me as they can file the returns from mozila and firefox, then i think it's problem from my system
kindly help me for this issue for your support i attach the screen shot in that screen shot there is 2 option they are one is Browse and another one is Upload the Sales and Purchase Invoice. I have marked that button in round red border color
Now the Problem is i can access the Browser button but the second one (Upload the sales and Purchase) Button is not working nor i am getting any error msg from

ok This the best way to uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved.
Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
Just in case : Please use more than 1 scanner as each uses diff tech : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware Save your Report and google each before deleting anything as do not want to delete something you need, If need help : https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/9573-im-infected-what-do-i-do-now/ Post in only 1 forum, then wait.

i have saved some login passwords and bookmarks
when i uninstall the browser then i am loose them or what if i will loose then please guide me how to export the Saved Logins

As long as you don't check the box that says "Remove my personal settings and data" in the uninstaller, you'll be fine. Once you re-install Firefox, your data will be restored.
