Several new issues make FF non usable
Hi folks,
This just started where several issues occur.
First, Windows 10. Edge, Internet Explorer and Waterfox have no problems. But 3 versions of FF all have the same issues. Both 32 and 64 bit, installed and portable.
1. Cannot open MSN.com. In general says This Page is Not available right now. 2. MANY pages like Amazon and Twitter should just text in left aligned columns, no html. Linked In as well. Very few pages open normally. 3. Some pages show Secure Connection Fail. Sec_error_bad_signature.
I have rebooted. Restarted FF in Safe Mode. Turned off my AntiVirus. No changes at all. I rolled back the latest Win 10 roolu[ and no changes. Cleared recent history. Flushed DNS.
My windows 7 computer with same FF installs on same network has no issues at all. On Win 10 I would say half the pages I visit work. No rhyme or reason.
Please help. Leaving on a trip with this computer and need the functionality.

More info:
Downloaded another version of FF Portable and it works fine! So question then is why the existing ones have this issue, even in Safe Mode? And why all three versions?
Appreciate pointers to help find this.

OK, copied my profile over from the working computer and all versions now work on the win 10 machine. But what in the world could have corrupted three profiles?
Reinstalled the Win 10 rollup Update and now "some" versions of FF failing. Not all this time. So must be related to that 1703 update!
Confirmed. Installed FF works. Portables fail with all the above errors with Win 10 1703 Rollup. And I use the ESR versions. They work when I remove that update.
Last update:
Kept the profile from the Portables.
Deleted both portables.
Reinstalled both portables.
Started both portables.
Copied old profile to both portables.
Both now work. So the Win 10 1703 is not damaging the Profile, its damaging the install of the portable FF apps.
No idea, corruption in the Stub Installer maybe or while being installed.
A Update to Firefox ver 56.0.1 is due in hours or tomorrow fyi. Also Ver 57 Quantem will be big changes coming.

I think you missed the point.
Which point of yours. ? You have so many points listed. It no is confusion looking at what you have posted especially that your main Firefox is a ESR version which is somewhere,,,ah 3rd post down. Windows 10 not our problem I think the answer would be.
