Over the past week I've tried to intensively research the issue with hardware acceleration on the GMA 950 platform. When I go into the Troubleshooting information page, it says that the video card is blocklisted yet all other databases I see say that it's only blocklisted with certain driver versions. I worked tirelessly trying to update Windows 7 video drivers either via Windows update or by going to the Intel website and updating to the drivers ending in 8.15.10.1930. So after not coming to a resolution on Windows 7 in regards to the hardware acceleration, I opted to Install Windows 10 which should already have the latest drivers. Yet when I installed Windows 10, the problems persisted with the lack of hardware acceleration and being blocklisted. I had Windows Vista installed on this machine at one point, I updated the drivers and no matter what, it says it was blocklisted and I couldn't get the hardware acceleration to work.

Does Mozilla Firefox completely block the GMA 950 platform from hardware acceleration? Internet Explorer and Edge work great with the hardware acceleration but I've had not luck in getting Chrome or Firefox to place nice with the hardware acceleration.
