Have Win7 / Firefox all up to date on a Toshiba

Only one website I have ever visited does this. When I logon to my Eventbrite site, the keyboard behaviour changes. I contacted Eventbrite, they say its not their problem, and to try another Browser. Nope. I'm with Firefox.

When I login to my Eventbrite site, I can't type anything into Notepad, MS Word or Thunderbird. The Fn keys are now Windows 7 keys, not the Toshiba ones. and I can't type anything.

As soon as I close Firefox, the keyboard returns to normal. I can stsart Firefox and visit any website, as normal. When I visit my Eventbrite website, keyboard goes strange again.

Your Kaspersky security software might be causing this problem.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.

Thank you cor-el I did as you suggested, booted in Safe mode, and the problem goes away. So how might I find who is causing the problem, and how to circumvent it?
