the popup ad scanner mozilla provided worked good, just when i go online shopping, they show up! never anywhere else but realmadrid.com!
Mozilla provided a popup scanner and i installed it. Scanned and deleted, or so i thought! Whenever i go on realmadrid.com to look at merchandise, they popup EVERYWHERE! I thought they were all gone, but its only that one website, nothing else! Please Help!

If you get a pop-up message asking to update Firefox or plugins or scanning for malware then such a message is likely a scam and you should never respond to such an alert to avoid getting infected with malware.

Please tell use what scanner you are talking about.
You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
