I have a div in a page which needs to be vertically centered. The css property is not getting applied unless i refresh the page

Im using css property "vertical-align: middle;" to make my div centered vertically. This works only when i reload the page. If i navigate to other page and come back to current page it is still the same. I had to reload the page again to make it appear in center

Can you post a link to a publicly accessible page (i.e. no authentication or signing on required)?
