How do I pin a web address as a Windows 8 Home Page Tile?

The question was never answered. With MS Edge, you can pin a web address as a start tile on the home page: "Pin To Start" function. Does Firefox have this function or not?

I don't see it. The browser start page is fine, but that's not what we're talking about. Pin to the Windows 8/10 Home Page. If you don't have this function, I'll have to go back to edge because that's the only way certain users have been taught to do it.

If you don't have this function now, when do you expect to add it?
