FF Developer Edition: refreshing the page doesn't seem to refresh my JS. The only way to make JS code refresh is to view the page's source, and refresh there

While developing using Firefox Developer Edition, if I make changes in the page's JavaScript code and refresh my page (even with CTRL+ F5), I'm unable to see the "updated" code. The only way I'm able to refresh the code is to view the page's source (CTRL+U) and refresh (F5). I don't have such issue in Chrome, and I don't know what's the matter with Firefox. Is that a (known) bug?
