If you can upload screenshot, it will give better understanding to us. You can use any image uploading site like www.imgur.com to upload your screenshot and share its link here.

For navigation bar: Awaiting your screenshot.

For bookmark toolbar: Press ALT+V+T and then click on Bookmark tool bar to show it on browser.

Thanks

I fear that's some weird issue, you may have to reset your firefox by restoring it to default state which will also erase all your bookmarks, history, saved password etc.

But before you do that, you can export your bookmarks so that you can load them later on in the new firefox browser.

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command+Shift+F).

If you are in full screen mode then hover the mouse to the top of the screen to make the Navigation Toolbar and Tab bar appear.
Click the Maximize button (top right corner of the Navigation Toolbar) to leave full screen mode or right-click empty space on a toolbar and choose "Exit Full Screen Mode" or press the F11 key.

It is also possible that you are in a pop-up window with some toolbars disable. You can try to open a new window via Ctrl+N.
