I don't have the authority to download Adobe Flash Player. I'm using Microsoft Security Essentials. HOW DO I FIX THIS?????
I go to download this and it goes it install but then gives me error message: don't have authority to download.

I tried what you suggested and got the same error message. I do not have Microsoft Picture Maker so I saved it to word. I saved the file to a pdg however I can't upload it either.
Oh, sorry, it might be simpler to copy the image from the Word document and paste it into "Paint" which is on the Start menu, All Programs, in the "Accessories" folder. Paint can save a PNG or JPG file, which will be uploadable.
