Firefox til Android supportforum

Hi, I use Firefox on my Samsung S21 ultra, I am soon getting a Samsung S23 ultra. I have my account synced so I know it will save the bookmarks and site passwords. I am assuming sync doesn't include app settings, shortcuts I have created on front screen and collecting I have made? Is there any way to back them up see I can move them across? Regards James

I'm having a huge problem logging into or signing into my Firefox Account for Android either first time ever or first time with my new Password anyway? I can't remember. It won't give me a box for the Password no matter what so I can't Sign In! Respectfully, Barry

As the title says, been having trouble opening links with href.li at the start. I'd need to manually remove the words before it can start to load.

Strangely enough it only happens on phones and not tablets because I never have that problem on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 6 lite.

I'm currently having the problem on my Samsung Galaxy A52s 5g but I'm pretty sure I had this problem with my old phone (a Huawei honor 9) as well.

I just updated to 109 and years of bookmark are gone. In previous versions there was an option to import bookmarks. 109 has nothing. Menu,bookmarks has one option:desktop bookmarks. In there are 3 options all of which give a message ,no bookmarks here, when tapped. 1. Have I missed something. 2. If not can I roll back the update, if so how? Thank you

The most recent version of uBlock Origin causes broken page rendering very commonly, which is a massive pain. I read that a user reverted to a previous version to eliminate the issue, but I can't find any way how to.

The addon is offered by mozilla as an .xpl file, but it doesn't seem Android or Firefox have the ability to open this? I tried File Explorer apps that can designate an app to open .xpls with, but Firefox is never in the list. Other browsers just redownload it.

How do I do something so basic as reverting to an earlier version of an add-on? Why must Firefox be this absurd add-on nanny on Android if the tiny listsl of approved apps is going to host apps with browser-breaking bugs?

I have successfully downloaded a video from hosting website and it doesn't play with any video player the format is MP4 "the video is corrupted" I have tried to download it again and the same problem happened. Finally i download it from chrome and thanks god it worked I use Firefox mostly so i need a solution.

I cannot view CNBC investing club videos (yes, I'm logged in), in Firefox on Android 13 immediately after yesterday's Android update.

Chrome can view videos perfectly.

Firefox should adjust for the latest Android update.

1. 1- last week Firefox was blocking me from accessing certain sites that I always go to.

1. 2- I cannot access about:config. I've tried signed in and out as well as with different search engines and I just get a blank screen. Help?

1. 3- is it normal for FF to have permission to download files without notifying? I checked the permission list and seemed like there is alot of dangerous and malicious permission allowed as system permissions. Please help?

1. 4- when I log in and check devices, 2 new logins show up. One says my phone's model # and the second one says logged into Firefox browser or something like that. Is it normal to have duplicates like that when I only use my Android phone?

1. 5- I've tried and cannot find any way to login to my network or make any network changes? Please help?

I commented on play store and was told to send my question on here so they could be investigated more. Thank you for your help.
