Firefox til Android supportforum

When I finally decided to start organizing my hundreds of bookmarks, I began to experience a crash every 1-2 minutes. I'm opening, editing and moving bookmarks into different folders, which by itself shouldn't cause frequent crashes. My phone's specs shouldn't be an issue either since I have an s24 ultra. I'm grateful for any replies, and would like to thank you for your time.

I just opened firefox on my samsung galaxy note 8 and all of my tabs are gone. I have not seen the "restore previous sessions" option, nor are they in the "recently closed tabs" part of my history. Please help. Is there any way to restore the tabs?

Listening to audiobooks made me notice this problem, often whilst my phone is turned off and the audiobook is playing in the background on a tab on firefox the audio would just stop and i would find either that firefox was still open but unloaded all the tabs, or that it simply crashed. I thought this was a thing that solely happened when playing audio in the background but then i noticed that it is actually a general problem when firefox is kept open in the background. It doesnt happen after a set amount of time, sometimes it happens immediately, sometimes after like 10 minutes that it is kept in the background. How can i fix this? its very annoying.

Hi I have facing the problem with Android app, when I use the app very slow in 1 tab If I open another tab getting extremely slow then loaded the page not completed and some time suddenly restart My device specs Samsung galaxy A2 core

So I got a new phone and I'm trying to sync it with the old Android but it's like it literally has nothing but the login name. I still have to go login all these websites and it won't boot all my tabs from the old phone I don't even want to try to buy anything find out that I have to do all the credit card stuff again. I do not have a desktop right now

From the image below, I asked a question and the results are there. I've tried this on my tablet as well, getting the exact sane results, no matter what I put in the search results.

However, I choose Google as the search engine (as you can see from the image below), while Firefox still being the main browser and I got results to the question below.

What is happening with your browser or duckduckgo search engine? In all my years of using these platforms, I've never had this issue. Yes, I'm Android user and haven't changed any devices. My setup is the sane on all my devices.

I'm using Firefox browser on my Android phone and when I visit a website zoom.earth the animation whether it be a wind a precipitation lags a lot. On the same phone, if i use Chrome, the animation plays out smooth. Why?

I can't scroll to The bottom of browser's menu lately, meaning i can't get to setups. I could not long ago while still having the bug, as a bit of the setup button was "reachable", but it is nów replaced by that "turn into pdf" feature. The bug itself is also rather new, although i can't tell precisely when i first noticed IT to occur, as it is on my heavy duty work phone and i use browser irregularly on it.

So, i don't see "refresh" button (or can't Reach IT, don't remember wether it was at the bottom od somewhere else), setup button and anything bellow the print button. Well, bellow that "save as pdf" button precisely, although i can't really swe said button.

I started with Firefox on android, when i finally got a pc i decided to sync my data. This resulted in the loss of all but 1 of my passwords and Ive spent 5+hours trying to get them back. And i idk if i can. But with the help of this extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/about-sync/?utm_source=addons.mozilla.org&utm_medium=referral&utm_content=search) about-sync i can see the logs of them being deleted(where pics are from). Why cant i just revert this or have instances to revert back to?

On my Android phone, the "close private tabs" notification keeps reappearing no matter how many times I tap it or swipe it away. Only way to get rid of it is by force stopping Firefox. Weird thing is that this issue doesn't repro 100% of the time either.

This is happening on Firefox 126.0, on my S23 Ultra running Android 14/One UI 6.1

After the latest update to firefox on android, the Openweb discussion function is missing from at least 3 websites that work on other browsers.

Thedrive.com Twz.com and Newsweek.com

All the above use Openweb discussion function on their websites but firefox does not show them at all.

I checked using Samsung internet browser and the discussions are visible, unlike firefox.

I use ublock extension along with ghostery and privacy badger, but diisabling them or complete removal does not make the discussions visible.

I have deleted the firefox and reinstalled it after the update but the problem persists.

If I want to see the discussions on the thedrive.com or twz.com, I have to use the Samsung internet browser for that.

Could use a fix so I don't have to jump between two browsers.

there are often times when I go to websites, usually when I'm logging in or signing up for an account, where they have a pop-up window for me to enter in the information, which usually also includes a captcha, but for some reason I am unable to scroll up or down, and I'm unable to access a submit button as well, therefore unable to complete the process.

this is on my Kyocera e6920 AT&t version 6.103at with Android 10 and a updated version of Firefox.

Videos are lagging frequently, seems like the fps drops a lot. It usually happens as soon as I pause or skip forward/backward. It doesn't depend on the source of the video, as it is the same for all the websites. My network connection is stable. Pausing or reloading doesn't help, the problem is persistent at all times. I have to skip backwards then forwards to the same spot. I use Samsung Galaxy S20 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S8. Firefox version 126.0 (Build #2016019903)

I have an issue with the Facebook 'recent post' feed: Only two posts were displayed in the 'recent post' feed and then a spinning loading symbol is at the bottom - then nothing else is loading on my OnePlus 12 and Google Pixel 6, Firefox version 126.0.

In Microsoft Edge it is working, all posts are loaded correctly, so it seems to be a browser issue.

Does anyone have the same problem? Is there a solution?

I have a xiaomi pad 5 and when I installed a pwa (freshrss, but I've tried with some other sites that allow it) the scrolling becomes sluggish and unresponsive. If I open the site directly in firefox itself it works perfectly, and the same sites installed on my phone also work well (samsung a52s). Firefox in both phone and tablet is the beta version 127.0b1
