Hi. I am trying to get into chase.com web without success. Why I already try several download with different browsers.

A few times now, I have inadvertently opened a second Firefox window. The original Firefox window comes up with two pinned tabs. If I close the original window then when I start Firefox the next time, it no longer has pinned tabs. I am running Win8.1 on a desktop system.

Hello. My tablet, has limited memory, due to its age. I am now finding that one of the main reasons why it is so slow is because whenever I open firefox, it opens multiple firefox processes which drain the memory and in some cases crashes the system. I have followed all the advice given to reduce these multiple processes, however nothing seems to work and at least 6-8 firefox processes open each time I open it. I have unchecked the recommended performance settings as well as hardware acceleration boxes. However, I cannot find where to set the content process limit to 1. Please tell me how to do this and if there anything else I can try to stop it opening multiple processes or I may be forced to ditch Firefox altogether for an alternate such as Bing, Chrome or DuckDuckGo. I have long used multirow bookmark toolbar extension to give me 4 rows of bookmarks across the top of my Firefox window on Windows 10. After updating to this latest version, the extension is gone. Any mention of it in about:config is gone. I don't know if it ever was mentioned in userChrome.css but it's not there either. It's as though it never existed. WTH?

Can anyone suggest how to get a multirow display of my toolbar bookmarks? Thanks in advance.

On a related rant: This is why I hate upgrading Firefox. Something useful and common sense always breaks. I'm going to open a separate question to figure out how to get the cursor focus back into the Google search box when I open a new tab using Google as the home page. None of the previous solutions is working with this version. This break in basic functionality has happened after many different upgrades of Firefox and I am frankly sick of fixing the same ridiculous problem over and over.

msn.com and outlook.com recently changed their login procedure and I can't login using firefox. I get an error 400.

I get the following message when going online with Firefox: "The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. Some security software can cause this problem." I've followed all the prompts to restart the computer, refresh the computer, delete the favicons.sqlite and places.sqlite and it won't allow me to delete them. This happened yesterday as well. Yesterday I could delete those files and everything was restored. But today I can't get it to work.

Firefox autoprints Microsoft Word and Excel documents despite setting otherwise.

about:config print.always_print_silent is now set to false. (was somehow set to true). After I set to false and reboot, same behavior occurs. I verified that same behavior does not occur in other browser.

It has re-occurred to my Firefox Browser of the latest version of 115.30 with some websites which I have recently visited however which have appeared 8 grids of blank or white pages again under "Recent Activity" as attached with the image for your technical troubleshooting suggestion.

Those 8 grids of Recent Activity in the older version of Firefox browsers used to have shown colorful graphics or images representative of the recent websites I visited in the recent past.

May I know what I am supposed to do to recover those graphics or images?

Kindly offer any suggestion or solution?

Once again, Paramount Plus is giving conniptions when via Firefox, when was fine 3 days ago. 3304 or 3005. Last time this happened, we contacted you and it went away right quick. Guess your team found a patch. WAIT -- now plays commercial... but not feature. Try again... NOPE, back to bupkis. They claim not them, every time. Guess you guys stuck patching their screw ups.

Same approximate timeframe, yahoo mail stopped working via Firefox. That still remains.

HELP!
