My COPY context menu item is greyed out randomly. I guess it's not an issue of websites preventing copying. Happens while visiting various websites.
There's an advice to refresh Firefox, but I want to keep my passwords and avoid setting bookmarks again or resetting UI items displacement, any advice? Bugzilla threads contain some fixes, but as I have up-to-date version of Firefox, the bug is still randomly present.

I downloaded a new Firefox browser in the hopes that it would let me access the other browser so I could retrieve all the settings, bookmarks, etc. However, everything disappeared when the new browser was installing.
Is there any way for me to retrieve that information or is it a total loss?

Hi there team! Since a Mozilla upgrade earlier this year, I have been unable to create a reply to certain posts made by folks I follow on Threads social media. It occurs about 20% of the time, intermittently yet consistently. When I seek to create a reply, the response window opens with a restricted field that does not allow me to enter any text. Please see the attached screen shot. It's just a box with no cursor. The restriction has never occurred when I'm on Edge or Chrome, only on Firefox. But I prefer Firefox. I am a senior who uses an IBM-clone desktop running Windows10 (contemplating Win11, but that's another story). I use standard Mozilla security settings for browser privacy. Firefox browser is current. I have attempted shutting down all ad blockers in isolation and in combinations attempting to rectify with no results. I am guessing I possibly have some setting out of whack, but I have no clue what this is called or how to fix this. Not a major issue but a continual annoyance and a puzzlement. Am I the only person who has this problem? Is it a Threads issue perhaps? (their help is non-existent). However the issue does not occur when I use Threads on my Android phone, and it has never occurred on Bluesky, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube or any other platform I access. YouTube all of a sudden started to slow down and only be able to load videos fast enough in 360p resolution, I tried watching YouTube on Microsoft edge and YouTube handled 1080p easily there, I have cleared the cash and made sure my Firefox and Windows are up to date and still the issue persists.
this only seams to occur on YouTube as amazon prime and speed test works without issues

When I try to play a video on Firefox desktop, it takes it a long time to load. Once it has loaded, whenever I pause it for more than a few seconds, or if I try to skip around the video (either by clicking around in the loaded section of the progress bar or using +/- seconds buttons), the video begins buffering again before the video resumes. This makes it extremely difficult and frustrating to watch anything that requires me to pause, rewind, or fast forward. I've noticed this issue affect multiple video viewing sites, such as YouTube, Vimeo, and Netflix. My roommate also uses Firefox, but doesn't have this issue, so I know it's not a problem with my internet. I thought it might be a problem with my computer, but I tried to replicate the issue in Chrome and everything worked fine there. The issue has persisted almost a week. I have:

I just added "TextArea" to my extensions & it only can be selected by clicking on the picture puzzle icon at the right edge of the address/search bar for a dropdown box of extensions. I would like to display it and a number of others now only on the dropdown on visible toolbars, but can't move them there. When I select "Customize," it shows some basic icons not being displayed, but only the basics and does not include extensions I've added recently. I used to keep icons in the All-in-One Sidebar on my left margin, the Vertical Toolbar on my right margin & the bottom Status bar in pre-version 57 FF and don't want the extra hassle of having to use the dropdown for commonly used extensions. How do I get these icons moved into an existing visual space on my browser? I have 3 36" HDMI screens & plenty of real estate to play with, but no way to use it in FF for new extensions. Do I have to continue to use alternatives like WaterFox Classic & Pale Moon?

I've tried creating a folder called Chrome within my Firefox Profile folder. I then created a text file within that folder and named it userChrome.css. I put this string in the text file #tabbrowser-tabs { visibility: collapse !important; } This did not work, does anyone know the best method for getting rid of the annoying tab bar?

Recaptcha isn't working in Firefox. It works in Chrome, Opera, and Edge with no issues, it will either just go to a check mark or open the window with the pictures to choose, on both regular pages and on the Google Recaptcha Demo site Google Recaptcha Demo site. But when I load a page that requires Recaptcha in Firefox, it just spins forever. It was working fine a few hours ago, and I didn't change any settings or anything in Firefox. I was filling out a job application and it worked fine, then I went to another job application and Recaptcha won't work at all, even on the Recaptcha Demo site.
I'm on version 125.0.3 (64-bit), on Windows 10. Not using a VPN or anything like that, just a standard Ethernet connection, with whatever Charter gives me.
Steps I've tried, none of which have helped:
1. Cleared Cookies. 2. Restart Browser. 3. Restart Computer. 4. Restart Modem and Router. 5. Opening Firefox in troubleshooting mode. 6. Ensured Firefox was up to date. 7. Reinstalling Firefox. 8. Turned Connection Settings to no proxy. 9. Turned off Enhanced Tracking Protection. (It's set on standard otherwise, and I didn't change it) 10. Release/Renew IP via Command Prompt.
I'm genuinely at a loss of what to do, after a couple of hours of searching around for solutions. I don't get how it just stopped working in the span of like ten minutes when I didn't change any settings or anything. Firefox is my main browser and it would be a tremendous pain to have to use another browser for any pages that require Recaptcha.
Any assistance or advice to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated!
