What has happened to typing and viewing the content of the search INSIDE the Google search box? Why this does not work now and the search moves to the address bar where it is tight and one cannot see all content of the search? Why have you done this? How can I bring it back please? I hate is as is now.

why do you stalk and bother the users? i do not want to update! without warning you alter things i do not want you to alter. you take things out so people have to use risky 3rd party addons.

when i am opening any streaming site and play the video, the audio stream of the video sometimes start late and some time does not even start when the audio is played via bluetooth audio device.

I am about to stop using Firefox, because recently, every time it wants to update, it goes right ahead without my say so, and completely voids my entire history. Everything is gone. I have to find all my tabs again, and sign into them all again. Dreadful. I was a faithful user of this web platform, bit this is so inconveniently useless, I cannot continue.

when I'm on sites playing games, i.e. face book, I keep getting this across the bottom of my screen:

How can I disable it? I can't take a screen shot because if I place my mouse on it, it skips to another place on my screen.

I recently updated to FF 119.0.1. I am finding that URL completion in the address bar is kind of random. In FF 118 and earlier, URLs were completed predictably, and it was pretty clear that they were based on a) bookmarks and b) frequency of use. Now, it seems like the frequency info is lost every time I restart FF. In that case, I might expect that the URL offered would be from the oldest bookmark or maybe the first in alphabetical order or something predictable, but it isn't. It seems to me to be random, and it is very annoying.

Is this a new bug, or is there perhaps a new setting that I can change to stop the madness?

For relevant settings, I have:

 - Provide search suggestion: checked
 - When using address bar, suggest: browsing history and bookmarks are checked, nothing else
 - I'm using Custom History settings: Remember browsing and download history is checked, Clear history when Firefox closes is checked. 

I have used these settings for years in previous versions of FF, and there hasn't been a problem until now.

I have the e-edition app for my newspaper on my PC. This allows me to read an electronic version of our daily paper. One feature of the app is to be able to print parts of the paper such as the crossword puzzle. When selecting to print the selected section, the section displays in a pop-up which it should. However recently when using Firefox the pop-up displays twice. And when printing again, the pop-up opens three times and then four times and then five times. I can get it to print ok from the last displayed pop-up and then I just have to close all the other pop-ups.

When using this app with Google and Edge this does not happen so I was wondering if there is a setting in Firefox that needs to be changed. Turning off pop-ups doesn't help in that I get the same of screens displayed telling me pop-ups have been disabled.

This odd behavior only began a few weeks ago.

Hello, every once in a while Firefox on my Win 10 PC resets bookmarks, logins and saved tabs to ones that I used several weeks/months ago. I also remember that it once switched back to a newer instance a few days after switching to and older one. When I try to open the app, it also creates a new icon on my taskbar. This has happened around 4-5 times in the last year. Does any one have an idea what the problem might be? Thanks in advance!

Please let me know what is wrong here I have recorded the issue as you can see that the buttons of pop up for screen record are missing text also location pop up is missing text same with download file names.

I don't know what is the issue and why the texts are not showing but it's been a big hassle.

Please help me solve it. I barely managed to record thing since even it doesn't show which screen I want to record.

I'm using Firefox 120.0 on an iMac running OS 13.6.1. When browsing in an open window, merely moving my iMouse (no clicking) causes the display to zoom in and enlarge the display a huge amount that is much larger than normal zooming can produce. Please provide a solution.

I have used Firfox for many years as my main browser...I just upgraded to Sonoma on two Macs and Firefox is nu-useable on both... I waited for the new update and somethings were working but still can not depend on the browser to work... Can you help...?

Is Firefox aware that when authoring e-mail in Microsoft Word, then copying them into the BT e-mail, all the control characters are transferred with it the ASCII text. I have checked with other people, and it is not just my machine. I now have to copy the e-mail into notepad first then copy to email, to just get the ASCII characters in the email.

I lost all my bookmarks because I forgot my Firefox account password and didn't realize they were in the cloud (I thought they were stored locally). I don't have any bookmarks backups, but I did recently back up my Macbook via Time Machine. Would Time Machine be able to recover my previous bookmarks? If so, how?

Firefox updated today (11/30/23) to version 120. All of the shortcut icons on my start tab disappeared. I've tried to re-enter but they are not accepted. Please help!! I depended on these shortcuts for my work.
