Entire screen taken over by what I think is a Bogus security alert. Claims to be Apple Platform Security - *** ACCESS TO THIS PC HAS BEEN BLOCKED*** ... it has been infected with a Trojan Spyware This is followed by phone numbers to "contact Mac Support - 1-833-798-2936— (plus another number)" I have contacted Apple and APPLE SAYS: they would never send such a notice. IMPORTANT: This only occurs on FIREFOX. It won't go away when I shut down or even if I erase and reload Firefox app. NOTE: It does NOT happen with Safari.

Hello Firefox!
I am a developer who is developing a web application using react. I made a data visualization flowchart that renders large number of nodes (around 1000 nodes) on Firefox.
Problem occurs whenever I zoom in too close on the flowchart or when I try rendering over 1000 nodes. The graph disappears with NS_ERROR_FAILURE message. I will attach the error and what it looks like.
My clients mostly use firefox. But this usecase works well in Safari which can render up to 5000 nodes without much issue.
I know that browsers have limitations on how much it can render. If you guys know the work around, a fix or if I'm doing something wrong please let me know.

I can have a youtube video on two tabs, but I cant play both of them. I want to do this because I want to play "1 hour of silence occasionally broken up by AUUGHHH" to jumpscare myself randomly while watching another youtube video because I am a masochist. Whenever I play a video on one tab and go to the other and play that one, the other one pauses. Please help me satisfy my masochistic desires. Thanks in advance :)

Is there a way to always show the tab close button on the tabs? Or perhaps to show the button on hover of the tab? Chrome does this and I find that very helpful, in cases where I want to close a tab and do not want to re-open that page.
Some context: When you have many tabs open (I know, who does that?) and you want to close some of them, but do not want to select those tabs, currently you can right-click and scroll through the menu to the `Close Tab` option. This is slow and a bit clunky. The `Close Tab` menu option is buried in the bottom-middle of the list.
This issue is somewhat complicated by the fact that I use the excellent Auto-Tab Discard extension to discard/sleep tabs. (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/auto-tab-discard/) So when a tab is discarded, and you click on it, the tab reloads. Which is silly when you just want to close it.
Anyone aware of a way to always show the close-tab button, or show on hover?
Thanks!

Hi! There are multiple recent threads on this issue, and not one of them has a solution, so I'm asking again. I want to increase the font size of the top header text, specifically the bookmarks toolbar, search bar, and tab titles. The text is too small for me to read. It would also be useful if I could increase the font size for the applications menu (the hamburger drop down menu in the far right of the header).
I do not want to increase the size of anything else, so changing layout.css.devPixelsPerPx is not the solution. I have changed my global zoom settings, and set them specifically to "Zoom text only", but this setting does not effect the bookmarks toolbar or the search bar. Changing the default font size also does not increase the size of this text.
Just to clarify again, these threads are not solutions to my question: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1214027 https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1293358

Hi,
For a couple of weeks I've noticed, that at night when I close Firefox and prepare to turn off my computer, the Firefox browser does not close properly.
I've also noticed that it takes a while for the browser to close. Maybe a minute or more as opposed to immediately as had been in the past. I've attached a picture and I always 'click' Quit Firefox.
I'm on an iMac running Monterey 12.4.
Thanks very much!

Seems I have same issue as here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1328258
At some point (most of the time it seems after my laptop comes back from a sleep - like when moving back home from the office or when moving with the laptop from my desk into a meeting room), I try to get on a call on google meet and I get "no camera found". Fun stuff at the same time I can access the camera with Chrome with no issue.
Seems a Firefox restart cleans up stuff and makes the camera accessible again, but I even believe I saw this working after I reconnected back from battery to ac.

The Send Tab/Link to Device feature only works in one direction, from iOS to MacOS. iOS to iOS never receives, although the popup says it sent. I'm using Firefox 98 on MacOS and iOS. I have a Windows 10 PC which can't receive or send tabs/links as well but I'll limit it to the Apple devices for the moment.
Sync and notifications are enabled on Laptop, iPhone, and iPad. I've de-synced and re-synced each device separately and together. I've attempted to send between each device separately and all together.
Neither iOS device can receive tabs/links from one another, nor send to each other. Laptop can receive tabs/links from both iPhone and iPad, but not send to either.
Each time I re-sync an iOS device I get a notification on the Laptop saying that "this computer is now connected with Firefox iOS". But still nothing works.
