If I use my touch monitor when a video player is full screen, the full screen Firefox window turns grey and becomes unresponsive to mouse and touch input. I can exit full screen with Esc or F but the problem persists in full screen mode until I restart Firefox. Picture attached is my monitor when Firefox is in full screen mode.

I want to change text encoding so it defaults to Unicode. If I use the [alt] key then the View tab I can change it from Western but it reverts back after closing the page. Sometimes that does not work because the Text Encoding option in the View tab is greyed out. The About Firefox window says I am up to date with 83.0 (64bit).

I have switched from Windows 10 to Ubuntu 20.04.1 and am having trouble creating website shortcuts now. With Windows I used the following method

From my research it looks this is supposed to work with Ubuntu as well? It is not working for me, is this possible?

ich möchte gern mehrere websites als Startseite haben, wenn ich den Firefox browser öffne. Wie das geht wird auf der Firefox Seite sehr gut erklärt.

Zwar ist es mir gelungen, google als Startseite durch drag & drop auf das Haus Symbol zu ziehen. Jetzt würde ich habe gern weitere Registerkarten als Startseite festlegen.

Wenn ich (wie in der Erklärung) jedoch auf die Menüschaltfläche mit den drei Strichen klicke und danach auf "Startseite" klicke, ist das Fenster "Startseite und neue Fenster" leider inaktiv, so dass ich nicht weiterkomme. Wie kann ich dieses inaktive Fenster aktivieren. Wo liegt der Fehler.

Ich hoffe sehr, dass mir bei diesem Problem jemand helfen kann und würde mich über eine Antwort sehr freuen. Vielen Dank im Voraus!

This is really not specifically about Firefox Sync or Firefox itself, but I can't find a better match.

 Months ago I changed my email address with Firefox Accounts.  I currently log in with the new email address and I only see the new email address under my account preferences.  But when I add a new device to Firefox Sync, the "Complete Sync Setup" email is going to my old email address, meaning the one I previously used with my Firefox account.

 Can anyone suggest if there is a way to change this or if there is something I am doing wrong?
