Firefox was working well on HTTP websites until a few days ago, but now HTTPS-Only Mode seems to be permanent. Despite changing settings to 'Don’t enable HTTPS-Only Mode', when HTTP sites are selected I get the same message as for 'HTTPS-Only Mode'. Also, if I select 'Enable HTTPS-Only Mode in all windows' and add exceptions, I get the same result.

1) Firefox advertised free apps when you signed up for vpn. However, when I signed up for vpn, I didn't get any apps. Did I do something wrong? Why didn't I get the free apps? 2) I don't seem to be able to add the VPN two other computers. It seems to want to sell me (Again) the VPN. I don't want to buy it again, just add my existing VPN to other computers. 3) I have some Macs that run Parallel's. Do I need to add Firefox VPN do the Windows that is running on Mac. Or, does my Mac Firefox VPN somehow protect the windows without adding a separate VPN on windows?

I opened up my browser and all my active tabs which I have had for months are gone. I tried to go to recently closed tabs in history and it doesn't allow me to open. All are not available. Help!!

A white screen occurs when browsing the web. If you turn off "Use recommended performance settings" and "Use hardware acceleration when available" the problem is fixed, but then the browser slows down. Can this be fixed in another way?

Firefox 114.0 (64-bit) / Windows 11 Home 21H2

For about one month (June, 2023) or more, updated Firefox for Windows 10 cannot play YouTube videos or videos on other website without being in Troubleshoot mode. Google Chrome has no problem with the same videos, and Firefox for Android also plays them. All help suggestions have been followed, including Refreshing Firefox, disabling some and all hardware acceleration, etc. Troubleshoot mode does not identify what was disabled (themes, extensions, etc.), but there are very few of such anyway, and Refresh did not resolve the issue. VPN was also disabled to see if that made any difference, but it did not. When the videos are attempted, the audio and progress bar work, but video is black. Scrolling with the progress bar reveals all images from the video one at a time, but PLAY does not enable the video, just audio.

Hello! For some reason I can't add separate icons for extension quick menus to the address bar area and am only able to add the extensions "master" button which shows a list of extensions without going to the settings page. I've tried to go to customize toolbar to add the extension icons to the bar but none of them show up, and I know for a fact that the extensions have icons, I've added them to the bar on other computers.

I have lots of bookmarks, which I organise into folders and subfolders. In the last month or so, Firefox will no longer save them to the folder I specify from the pull-down menu when saving but just adds them to the general bookmarks menu. To sort my bookmarks, I have to go into Manage Bookmarks and move them manually. What's happened?

When I am using Firefox I am no longer having anything on the taskbar to open my Emails. How do I do this? I cannot open emails in order to put back on taskbar.

I am currently unable to view any file activity or ownership information in Google Drive in a shared folder. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Quit and reopen firefox
• Relaunched firefox in safe mode/extensions disabled
• Cleared cookies
• Tried in other browsers (works in Librewolf, Brave and Chromium; doesn't work in any Firefox browser (Nightly, beta, standard)

114.0b7 was installed 22 May 23 and has been running very slow. Tested using Edge and network seems to be fine

Hi, I'm not sure if I just cant find the setting or if this is a feature request. I'm using the Firefox Developer edition, and I during web development I often deal with many query Params in the URL. Is there a way to have a long URL be displayed in multiple lines, or even better, one line per query parameter?

Am using Mozilla Firefox installed via flatpak on openSUSE. Certain pdfs display correctly but other pdfs displayed with Firefox (either locally or online) are displayed badly: spaces are replaced with a lower half block character, fonts not sharp. I installed Firefox from the openSUSE repos (not from flathub) and opened the same pdf and it displayed correctly. I downloaded the pdf and opened it using Okular and no problems. I also opened the “troublesome” pdfs on Firefox in Windows and it displays correctly. I conclude that the flatpak version of Firefox is causing some pdfs to display incorrectly but I don’t know why.

I installed flatseal to tweak the flatpak Firefox’s settings but nothing seemed to fix the pdf display issue. Please see screenshot below of how Firefox (from openSUSE repos, on the left hand side) and Firefox (from flathub, on the right hand side) display the same pdf from the internet. Not sure why some pdfs display correctly in Firefox from flathub and others display incorrectly. I’d prefer to use flatpak’s sandboxed Firefox if possible. Is there anyone else with the same problem or someone who who found a solution to this issue?
