I use windows 10 Pro as the main synching device to synch Firefox to my iPhone ver. 14 and ninth generation iPad. Neether the iPhone or iPad will synch. Seems like the changing of the guard in management has screwed things up that were working a few days ago.

I just got a new Macbook Air and I am trying to sync my bookmarks and preference etc., from my current Macbook Pro. I read the help articles and one thing I cannot find is a "Sync Now" option on the Air. It is not under the menu icon list. I signed out of the Pro and back in. The user and PW are the same on both laptops. Hoping you can help.

I'm fairly new at this game of 'digital talking', so: I just paid for a 2yr subscription but do not see any visual evidence that this is indeed the case. How do I know I'm currently protected, isn't there an icon supposed to be on the monitor?

My firefox just crashed and despite having sync active, saved ZERO of my dozens of tabs. in restarting, i see that despite sync still "on", it is only syncing a handful of tabs, and doesn't even update when i do so manually. am on a windows machine, but use firefox on two of these in addition to android.

will be switching to brave full time without Mozilla's help here.

recently firefox has requested a password before i can use it i have changed the password because it kept saying wrong password and when i enter the current password it says wrong when i go to a mobile device it accepts the password

i have lost everything from my sync after reinstalling windows and reconnecting to my firefox account, i keep pressing sync now and nothing happens, firefox is the only thing i used for saving my passwords and everything, this is a desperate cry for help

I am having trouble sending tabs from my phone to my PC. My device is connected to my computer, and I can send tabs from my PC to my phone successfully, but not the other way around. I have no idea what could even be the issue, and I have only seen people asking about sending tabs from PC to Mobile, not the other way around. Is there something I am missing? None of the Firefox troubleshoot pages have helped.

I have my bookmarks synced from two accounts on chrome. It worked fine, but now it stopped. My bookmarks toolbar is empty, except for an icon to fullscreen. It acts as if I have all of my bookmarks on there, and I can access them in the menu function. They're just not on the toolbar.

I've already hid/shown the toolbar multiple times, I've rescynced my browser data, I've fiddled with my toolbar settings, but honestly, I'm at a loss. I'm not the best with computers so if there's an obvious answer please let me know. Thank you!

My Subject pretty well says it. I'm trying to transfer by syncing my desktop Firefox with the Firefox 124 on a newly installed Kubuntu on a new laptop. I have all these functions synced ON. The recent history but not the long-term history, passwords (thank heavens), and all bookmarks got transferred, but not the open tabs/pages. I've done the desktop sync followed by the laptop sync a few times, still without the tabs' transferring. How do i get those transferred?

Hi, I have account from Many Years on Firefox and I usually when I got New Laptop I just Login in my Account and I retrieved all my Old Bookmarks and Add Ons this Time I got New Laptop and as Usual I Loged in but I got Nothing , I didn't found my Bookmarks or Add ons

I signed up and sync'd my data from my laptop before it died, but when I signed in on my desktop none of my bookmarks or passwords are the ones from my laptop account, its all still my desktop's. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and firefox automatically restored all my desktop crap. I really need my laptop's bookmarks, any advice? Thanks in advance

Hello firefox team, recently my firefox account was disconnected then i have refresh firefox and re-signin to my account i saved many password in my firefox password manager after sign in my all password was removed. sync system in not restoring my password please help.

I used Firefox Sync when I bought my new computer and it worked perfectly. This time, I had to reset my computer and forgot my password. Using my account associated email, I reset my password and my information was gone.
