Hey guys, thanks for the help in advance.

This problem occurred recently and it's quite a pain in the ass. I'm using Macbook Pro 14 inches with M1 Max chip. Lately when I work, I have to open quite many urls at the same time, and my mac went crazy hot because of firefox's insane cpu usage. I tried what's suggested to turn off the acceleration mode, but still, nothing changes.

Is there still anything I can do to resolve it? or I just switch to other browser?

I have reinstalled and refreshed the app many times, but whenever I try to search something, it says "An error occurred during a connection to www.google.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR. This happens with every single search on every website, not just google.

Dear ladies, dear gentlemen,

on another Computer, when using Firefox, I am now constantly getting a Norton notification of a malicious domain request 22. The problem does NOT arise with the Opera browser installed on the same machine. What shall I do? Uninstall Firefox seems to be the best solution. Scans do not reveal presence of malware. On this computer, similar OP, this does not happen, but I use it much less.

Recently I´ve encountered problems with (mostly) accessing nba.com. I don´t get the resultbar. Today klicking on one of the menue items (Schedule) Firefix refused to load the page claiming "Not safe". As you can see I´ve accessed the page a number of times. /Leif Arvidsson

I recently performed a system reset and upon re downloading Firefox I can't seem to find any of my 50+ tabs that I had open previously, all of them I need for one reason or another, history is empty, can anyone please help explain how to get them back in simple steps?

I have installed Mozilla Firefox 120.0.1 on Ubuntu 22.0.4 server as a root user and can launch but when I login into another user the browser gives me the error message "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible"

I am suddenly getting the following error message: "We recommend you use a different browser or disable the “EasyList Cookie” filter from your “Content Filtering” settings (found under “Settings” -> “Shields” in the Brave Browser)." Firefox is now unusable. I have searched "Settings" and can find nothing about "Content Filtering," "Shields," or "Brave Browser." Can you tell me what is going on here?

You somehow have old, outdated information in your system. Your new browser requires me to log into a facebook account I closed 10 years ago. My password for my current account named, "VangiePangie", now opens a closed account named "Evangeline Custis". I no longer have access to my VangiePangie account with any password. So, I no longer want this new upgraded Firefox account. I want to have my old Firefox account as a default on my desktop. Right now it's an icon at the bottom of the screen, and I can only use it to open one thing at a time. Please give me back my old Firefox browser. I'll struggle with Facebook to get my password to work on my VangiePangie account. I have access to the VangiePangie account right now, because it was never logged out in my old Firefox browser and is in my Bookmarks. since the last update of firefox my e mail (hot mail) attachments will not print. When print is selected the only option is to print to pdf. tried in another browser and printing works perfectly. Printing worked with no problems before last update. Help Please Please note I am a very basic user so need step by step instructions. Hoping someone can help PLEASE!

This has happened several times in the past but after 2 or 3 days it suddenly will start working again!!! It's been over a week this time and no resolution yet! Note following LARGE ROTATING X is: "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." Same note as in the past but eventually disappears and video works just fine. The video is a live shot of the Abbey Studio's Crosswalk (ie, the one shown on the cover of a Beetles Album years ago).

I have Firefox open. When I click on a link in Thunderbird instead of opening the page in the open Firefox window, it opens a second Firefox window? This just started happening and I don't know what I might have done to cause it. Using Windows 8.1.

I have tried troubleshooting mode and a clean profile with no addons.

At least on YouTube, I've noticed this issue for several months.

Similar issue to the other posters. Firefox doesn't support streaming from amazon, netflix, or disney+. I have windows 10, a PC, an updated version of the browser, DRM content is allowed, and my widevine plugin has been updated as of today (12/10/23). Disabling all of my extensions did nothing to help. I can stream on apps and other browsers. Please work on a fix soon, or let us know what to do. Thanks.
