Password management doesn't work in firefox for almost a year, with the latest updates. In the latest versions of Firefox it is impossible to manage passwords. If I write it wrong then it is impossible to change it. If I take off autofill, it keeps autofill and wrong. If I delete it, it keeps automatically filling it wrong. A disaster. Again, I'll have to use Chrome as my default browser again.I have already tried unsuccessfully to reset and reinstall firefox but nothing changes.

After 10/29/2020 auto install, Facebook error message says Firefox is no longer supported. I disabled all extension. but the problem still exists. Is there some corrective action I can make that will allow Facebook to properly work on Firefox.?

When I open a pdf in FF, it does not remember my settings, even though I have set to always open in Adobe Reader. I am running the latest version of FF and Win 10. I have recreated the handler.json file.

What happened to the Download Icon Arrow for the FF Toolbar? It is missing from my toolbar and not available in Customize. I have a blank space where the where the icon used to be. I can click on that space and the downloads will show, but the icon is not there. If I go to Customize to drag it to the toolbar, the Download Arrow is not there either.

I use MailChimp exclusively and place their sign-up forms on multiple websites. On the iPad it works just fine in FF.

But suddenly after the latest browser updates, MailChimp form code is rendering like HTML 1.0 and not picking up the formatting even when I use a plugin for embedding code.

Below are screen shots of what it looks like on dozens of sites and what it SHOULD look like, taken from my iPad which still works OK (winnigop.org).

MailChimp claims they did not change anything so I have to assume it's the browser.

How to fix?

Firefox Tabs and Menu Bar color changed to purple with the new version. How can I change them back to the colors I had in my old version which was White with black font?

I configured Firefox so that whenever I close the browser only the Browsing & Download History and Form & Search History to be deleted, so that I don't have to login on every relevant website (facebook, youtube, mail, etc.) It was working fine until a few days (~1 week ago) when it started logging me out of some websites randomly and I basically have to login again. I basically close the computer and the next day I find myself logged out of some websites.

Did this happen to anyone else?

I believe the latest updates for Firefox made some changes so that a fixed background image in a WordPress cover block does not stay fixed. It used to work about 2 weeks ago, now it does not. But, the fixed background behaves as expected in MS Edge.

In the first linked page there is one such block, in the second one there are two. None works in Firefox, either on my Surface Book 2 laptop or my desktop with a 27" monitor. The same pages will show the expected behavior when viewed in MS Edge.

I tried the following:

• Restarted FF with all the add-ons disabled
• Refreshed Firefox
• Removed the entire custom CSS from the site
• Tried different themes

Nothing made any difference. I have been a Firefox user for a long time and do not want to switch. I also want the visitors using Firefox be able to have the same experience. Any suggestion to fix this problem will be much appreciated. Or a repaired version of Firefox release will be most welcome.

Whenever I try to use the address bar in tablet mode, the touch keyboard opens and then is immediately closed. The same occurs when the touch keyboard is opened via the taskbar. This is making Firefox almost impossible to use in tablet mode.

This does not occur when using the ease of access keyboard via Windows 10 accessibility settings, which prevents the tablet mode keyboard from appearing, but the keyboard may as well be folded back out at this point.

"Show a touch keyboard when necessary" is enabled in options. Touch/tablet mode is enabled in preferences. These have been cycled on and off with no effect other than the touch keyboard not opening in the first place when the former is disabled.

The app appears shift and flicker when the address bar is tapped to search and the keyboard opens and closes again.

Running on HP Pavillion x360 14", using a 1080p display.

Firefox version 82.0.2 (64-bit) I can no longer use Firefox to view Facebook. Within minutes Firefox slows down and no longer responds. I had a similar problem previously with some builds of Firefox but not this bad. Seems like the problem is fixed in one build and then re broken in a newer build. I even get a warning from Firefox that the page is slowing down Firefox. Never seen this before 82.0.2 (64-bit). I can use Chrome, Edge or Opera just fine. The trouble is I'm a Firefox user and have been since the beta builds back in the stone age. Anyone else have this problem.

In the attached image, the big red arrow points to the name of a website opened in the first tab. That name starts with "(33) Stras..." What does the "(33)" refer to ? Thanx.

Firefox is downloading all PDFs that I open rather than opening them and then downloading/saving only the ones I need to save. I've adjusted my settings to "open with Adobe Acrobat DC" and don't see any further settings. I'm on a MacBookPro. TIA!!

I am running into an odd issue and I am stumped on what to try next. As you can see in the attached images, I am running into a problem with select dropdowns. The first dropdown is from https://www.raspberrypi.org/products/raspberry-pi-400/ (Buy Now and click country) and the second is from this Mozilla support page. Long story short is dropdowns are messed up in my default profile. I have done the following to attempt to troubleshoot the issue -

1) Restart Firefox in Safe-Mode without addons 2) Refresh Firefox 3) Delete the Firefox user directory 4) Create a brand new profile and launch into the new profile (This works but for some reason but it can't be my default profile) Default profile fails to work but others don't. If I set my newly created profile as the default, then the new default profile doesn't work. Odd.

Anyway, if anyone has any insight on fixing this issue then it would be great. The dropdowns have been broken for a few months but I have just dealt with them. Thank you for any help over the topic.

Dear Firefox support,

When I use Firefox, the top of my window (with the tabs, pinned pages, toolbar, and everything immediately above the window I am working on) automatically hides itself. When I hover my mouse over where it used to be, the toolbar and tabs drop down so I can see them, but then when I move my mouse away again they disappear. I don't know how to turn this off, I'd really appreciate some help! (I like seeing my tabs when I browse)
