When switching from one tab to another, streaming stops and video won't play in background. I've tried all the main fixes suggested I've found. Nothing worked. Please help! Will be using alternate browser until fixed as it's too unwieldy for me to use this way.

I have used firefox for years as my browser with my home page set to google. I have always had a bookmarks toolbar but never a bookmarks side bar and do not want one. The other day a bookmarks side bar suddenly appeared. I have moved it from left side to right side and can delete it temporarily by using CTRL +B, but can't find a way to permanently remove it, i.e. make the default setting so that the side bar doesn't appear. can you help?

There's also no way to add an exception? Just completely broken at the moment. I have to disable OCSP stapling to get it to work at all, which is less then ideal.

Currently using 125.0.3 (64-bit). I checked for newer versions of firefox and it's not saying anything. Chrome and Edge work fine. Encountered this on an android tablet with firefox, and went to desktop and hit the same thing.

Some months ago, Firefox stopped displaying the blue progress bar that would normally show once you clicked on the download icon. You still see the usual file info but now the progress bar of the download is gray instead of blue and is extremely hard to see. You have to look closely but in the first screenshot you can see where the shade of gray of the progress bar changes, just under the "6" of the "x86" part of the file name. But if you click on the "show all downloads" link, then the blue progress bar will show as usual for any in-progress downloads in the Library window, as shown in the second screenshot.

It isn't a huge issue but is still annoying when you just want to quickly see the progress of downloads in Firefox. I haven't changed any of the colors in Firefox or in Windows for that matter, I'm currently running Windows 10. All other dialog boxes, windows, etc. all display normally on my system. Just curious if anyone else is having this problem and hopefully a future update can take care of it.

when i amon a webpage& click to go to home screen takes about 10 minutes & i have hi speed inernet & th slide bar on side dont go to top when changing pages getting worse please fix it

My sign-in ID is aaaan email that has been cancelled. As long as they don't asl me to retrieve any codes oranything it works of course. If anything is sent to that email I can not retrieve it. Usually kepping me out of Fire fox. I need to see if amyonr know how to change your sign-in ID>

Why are my bookmarks all of a sudden not working anymore.

Selecting the saved bookmark from DudkDuckGo or Firefox does not load the page.

Did i change a setting accidentally/

Did Mozilla change the functionality?

When I press the pause button on my keyboard, it doesn't stop the YouTube video like it used to. I'm not sure why it stopped working. I've checked the key, and it works fine in Chrome.

Hi. with Firefox not able to get default colors on twitter. With other browser no problem - i've got default colors All Extensions disabled, restarted - but no change

The file icons on by desktop were always the standard color but now the are blue and white why did this happen. I know I can change each one back individually but how can I change them in mass.

i.e. surfing around german site.. .leave it german, but i if i am interest in "german.de/talkshow" select it and translate only this

i see option to translate EVERYTHING and use some exception, but its the opposite of what looking for

I'm trying to determine if I'm having a Firefox issue or not. I've been using Firefox for many years and frequently use private windows.

I've got a new laptop with Windows 11 and have been noticing that my private windows are sometimes closing unexpectedly. After which, I can't get my tabs back. This has only happened with private windows, and not regular windows.

Is this an issue that's being reported in the community? Thanks.

Since upgrading to the last version, 125.0.3 I'm getting tab crashes. Is there any way to go to a previous version? I have not had any issues with the websites I'm visiting until this new version of Firefox.

I choose a new theme. After a while, I close Firefox. When I start Firefox again, my chosen theme appears briefly, then the default theme replaces it. Why? FYI: it doesn't happen with just one theme.
