I never actually sign in to my account, but I use Firefox all the time. Recently I tried to save something to my pocket for the first time and it required me to sign in. I tried to change the profile information but it sent a code to my old email that no longer exists. Do I need to delete Firefox and reinstall a clean copy under a new account?

Yahoo websites blocked from within the US. I get the following message: "When trying to access my yahoo mail account from within the US I get the following message: Yahoo’s suite of services will no longer be accessible from mainland China." Any thoughts on what is happening and how to correct it? I'm in the US using the Mozilla VPN with a US server location

My tabs keep disappearing and I have to restart manually. I used to go to the 3 bar menu and select Restore previous session but now it doesn't appear in the menu.

In the last days it often occured that a website that I try to open in Firefox is pending (showing the waiting symbol, see attached image). If I open another tab to access another web site the same thing happens. If I then open the Edge-Browser to see whether it is a problem of Firefox, just in this moment, the websites in Firefox suddnely all appear!

This is not a coincidence. I observed it around 20 times and played around with the time waiting until I opened the Edge browser. I observed it with several kinds of websites (static to web app).

I don't suspect Windows to annoy Firefox, or should I?

Approx a month ago my video play has been distorted. Sort of like a color negative instead of a normal positive image. Happens when I try to play almost any video, like on YouTube.com My Chrome browser works fine, does not have this problem. When I play a recorded video that is stored on my PC it plays fine. I've seen in many places that cmd+` should allow me to switch between windows within an app on Mac. For me, it only works in Safari and other native Mac apps. It does not work in Firefox. I have the latest Mac OS and the latest version of Firefox. Is there a solution to this? I would LOVE for this shortcut to work, since I'm also a Windows user and it's the closest thing to the Windows window-switching shortcut.

For what ever reason, and despite what I read and try to fix, and after several DAYS of trying too resolve this, and working on this instead of what I am suppose to be doing to earn a living, I continue to get this horrible aggravating, seemingly, un-fixable problem: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR. I am at my wits end about this. I NEED to be working and doing other things, not spending my 4th of July weekend trying to fix a Mozilla firefox issue.

Problem logging into several sites with Firefox but no problem with Chrome or Edge. Firefox is and has been my browser of chose forever and I really need a fix for this

My menus dispaly in a verticle fashion (should be horizontal) It does not do this in other browsers. Any suggestions.

Is there a way to get the URLs viewing at the time of crashing from the .dmp file for crash reports? I closed the first session after crash and could not find them in the crash report submitted either, so this becomes my only option.

Hello. I'm a MAC user, I've been using Firefox on desktop + the app for years, but I don't understand why this happens.

When using other browsers I have to click somewhere to close all active sessions but Firefox just does it automatically for me, and it's... very annoying, only I use this computer so I don't need such thing. It's there a way to turn that off? Because I couldn't find it.

And to be clear, it doesn't close my sessions when I "close" the Firefox tab, it's when I exit the application as a whole.

And yes, when there IS an issue and Firefox closes itself, Firefox does open my old tabs again, which is great, but the logging out thing? not so much, since I use authentication apps too.
