I've read all of the recommendation on how to keep links from opening in another window. Tried them all to no avail. This is a new problem. Anybody out there finding the same issue? Find a fix?

Yes, following your instructions I now can see and access the attachements. I cannot still opening them, only download them. It is not perfect but at least I can have access to the attachments without having to exit Firefox and go to Acrobat.

I'm using a Hotspot provided by Cisco in a library and when first connecting to the Wireless network, Firefox prompts me to login to network in order to have Internet access (expected and works fine). However, once the time session expires Firefox will sometimes prompt again to login. When this fails and internet access is abruptly ended, I've to reconnect to the Wireless network and have Firefox prompt to login.

This is a security vulnerability as someone could advertise the BSSID of the router and have victims connect to their Hotspot instead of the true one.

I've been trying to reply to moderator "Phil" who requested information regarding Firefox crashing while on Youtube. When I press "Post reply" all I get is an error message:

An Error Occurred

Oh, no! It looks like an unexpected error occurred. We've already notified the site administrators. Please try again now, or in a few minutes.

It's important "Phil" gets my message as others may be affected my possible Youtube shenanigans. If possible, can you forward this message to "Phil": Unfortunately there are only two reports generated during the problems with Youtube:

The problem caused my system to stop responding forcing me to power cycle to clear my PC, so no reports could be generated. Hopefully these two will show what the problem is. In the meantime, can you check the reply system to make certain it's working properly?

During of build process we have an error related to auto deduction before 'auto' in dom/bindings/TypedArray.h

For example the call ProcessTypedArrays() at line 128 in file ChromeUtils.cpp give the error.

Is there a way to rename things in the Passwords list? I'm not concerned about MY password or sign-in, but what appears in the list. A name such as "login.live.com" tells me nothing about what site that sign-in will take me to. I'd like to be able to rename it with something that gives me a hint.

I have a fairly long list of saved logins, and visually scan the list at times to get to a supplier or service I need.

I'm using a desktop, Windows 10.

Since about two days ago firefox on both my PC and laptop has been trying to connect to a random website called ponf.linkedin.com that I have no idea where it came out of.

I have no clue why this was but I reset both browsers on both devices + reinstalled windows 11 on my main PC and it only continues happening on my PC now, i've managed to replicate the behaviour by resetting the browser and everytime that happens firefox attempts to connect to this website even though bitdefender blocks it and nothing comes up, no popup or anything as if its just in the shadows.

Does anyone have any idea why this would be and what I should do? any help is appreciated thanks.

My Firefox browser is broken, I can open Firefox but I can not do anything it will not respond, clicking anywhere prompts a "Firefox is not responding" error message, I was able to "refresh" Firefox once with zero results, I have tried uninstalling Firefox yet it will not uninstall the uninstallation window comes up yet no matter how long it sits open nothing happens, I have tried reinstalling Firefox with no results, the installation freezes just before completing and says "Firefox could not be installed". I have been using Firefox as my primary browser for a long time but I am unable to use it in any way now. All other browsers are working fine no issues but I do prefer Firefox and would like to continue to do so. What do you suggest?

Sorry to trouble you, i recently un-pinned mozila from the task bar by mistake, as its my main browser i re-pinned it from the icon on my desk top, now i have lost all my logins and passwords and some recently saved bookmarks. Would there be a way of recovering them, again sorry to trouble you. Nigel

I have web page that I am printing using different browsers. I have html elements that I have positioned relative and top for each printing page. so that they appear on specific location of print pages.

The positioned elements are just fine in chrome and safari. However in firefox the positioned element is displaying on first page and on second page it is getting hidden (need to add z-index value to show). From third page it is dragging whole content down upto the top position given to element.

Do we have any alternative workaround to position relative elements and top, This is the only issue with firefox.

Hello, Firefox is set as my default browser. However, when I click on a link in an email or website, it always open in Chrome. I cannot get it to open in Firefox. thanks for your help.

The Command+M keyboard shortcut only minimizes Firefox one time after the initial boot of the system and stop working thereafter. Opening the Window menu in the top menu bar and then clicking minimize also fails to minimize Firefox. The only thing that works to minimize the Firefox window is clicking on the minimize bar on the top left of the window.

How do I get COMMAND + M to consistently minimize Firefox?

From my adobe account, I try to launch my web based apps so I can use the web based adobe acrobat, and the browser page opens as a blank screen only. I am on an older mac book w/ Yosemite 10.10.5 and Firefox is up to date wiht 78.15.0esr (64-bit). Please help! I need to be able to manipulate pdfs. Thank you

I want the tab button to stop navigating any web page. Im tired of the alt tab shortcut moving my focus around and forcing me to completely refresh a page just to interact with it again.

Please do not tell me to use about:config browser.toolbars.keyboard_navigation. It doesnt work because its not what im looking for. I want to disable the tab key in my browser. Period. 100% gone. Stop bothering me ever again type deal.

Is there a way to disable tab key navigation that doesnt require a year of coding experience with an obscure addon that probably doesnt work as of 10 updates ago?

I can not log into my Harley ride planner account. Its not the websight as I can log in on my I phone. I get this message.The resource at “https://www.harley-davidson.com/etc/designs/h-d/images/dropdown-arrow-white-2.png” was blocked by OpaqueResponseBlocking.
