ad blocker on mac laptop does now show up in mozilla firefox extensions or manager, I opened the puzzle icon but only grammerly shows up, I know I have ad blocker because i have websites saying so and i paid for it annually,

I got a password manager app but ended up uninstalling it. In the process, the normal insertion of my user name and password on accounts I use no longer happened. The information is still in my password file on my iMac, but when I access, for example, my bank, I have to enter my user name and password by hand. Before I tried the password manager (Roboform), there was no problem.

Apple cleaned but not Facebook and gmail because someone let me entering "viruses". Please help me to clean them. Please contact me. I don't have your coordinates. Thank you.

Google and Bing miss the first character of my search. When pressing search the results do not show any detail or urls. Firefox is up to date. Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7. See Screenshots 3 and 4. They work correctly on other browsers. I suspect there's something in Settings, but I can't find it myself. Help! See Screenshots 1 and 2.

Firefox is creating very high CPU use with many WebThumbnailExtension Web Connect processes. The processes disappear after shutting down Firefox and other programs that access the internet. Does anyone have an answer on how to prevent this from happening?

PLEASE ADVISE ON HOW A STUBBORN VIRUS EMAIL I CAN BOT DELETE. I CALLED APPLE AND LEARNED HOW TO GET OUT OF THEIR VIRUS BUT I STILL CAN NOT RELETE IT. I ALSO HAVE "CLEAN MY MAC" BUT THAT DID ANY GOOD. PLEASE HELP

Hello Can you please help me find an adblocker for old Firefox 78.15.0esr. I have looked everywhere.

I have to stay on an old OSX (Mac 10.11) and use Firefox 78.15.0esr (for various reasons I cannot upgrade). I had an adblocker that worked brilliantly, but a few weeks ago it was removed (not by me), so the Ads came back!

Recent attempts to download ad blocker as before were not successful. ?incompatibility I think.

I updated my MAC OS, my Firefox IS up to date. My RING website Log-In no longer works on Firefox, yet is DOES work using Safari, which I never use. Is there a setting on the latest Firefox I can change so I can access my RIng account from my Desktop browser? It DID work last month

I downloaded the latest version of Firefox. The directions tell me to open the file that i just downloaded, which is fine, except that I don't know the file name or location. What is it, and where is it? or how do I f find out?

A graphic displays on my M3 macbook pro running Sequoia whenever I open Firefox. I've searched online and have read posts that suggest it may be a malicious bug of some sort. The graphic which I am attaching , isn't captured when I do a screenshot, and disappears in about 15 seconds. I took a photo of my screen with my phone in order to capture it.

The graphic/alert states that "the latest OS version is ready..." but the OS is up to date. Nothing happens if you click on the "Details" button.

Anyone else having this problem?

This will be a long question and in 2 parts, so I'll apologize up front.

1. I am running FireFox on my 11-year old MacBook and love it (MacOS Mojave version 10.14.6). However, my printer just crapped out, and my new HP 9120e requires MacOS Big Sur (11.x.x) or later. If I update to that OS, will I still be able to use FireFox? If so, where do I find it (see Question 2, below)?

2. Since my old MacBook is clearly reaching the end of it's life and my Excel and Word apps are also ancient, I am trying to transfer all my stuff onto a "New" MacBook that is running MacOS Monterey version 12.0.1. However, the "New" computer (I will not say "improved") has been a reliability nightmare and I just had it in for service. They wiped my disk clean to install the Monterey OS. So, other than Safari, I have no browser (or anything else for that matter). When I go to the App Store to download FireFox, and don't see it anywhere. Help!

Yesterday evening I accidentally clicked on a setting that asked me to stop or deny something and I don't remember what it was. Today my bookmarks and history prior to yesterday evening is gone. Is there a way in the system to go back to yesterday evening and undo whatever I clicked and restore the missing history and bookmarks? I work on MacOS and am using the current version of Firefox 137.0.2 (64-bit)

Less than a week ago, all of a sudden I couldn't access my website anymore. I can access my website on my ipad and iphone but not my computer. It isn't the ISP. I don't even know if it is the browser as I downloaded a new browser and it did it there but I have cleared every cache, reissued an SSL, cleared local DNS cache. Talked to a developer. I am at a loss. I can neither see mywebsite on my computer, nor can I log in and edit it. I have also checked with the server side and every test they could run says that it is all working just fine!
