When I click on the link for Hyperallergic Magazine, the page doesn't load. I don't have it blocked in Notifications. I have allowed pop-up windows for it. I can't figure out what else might be preventing it from loading. It is free. I don't have this problem with any other website that I know of. I'm running the latest version of Firefox & have Windows 11 on a one-year-old PC. I didn't have this problem in my old computer, which ran Windows 7. Please help. Thanks.

Hello, sadly I have the problem since a few days that firefox opens a new tab with the same error every time I google something or click on a new page/subpage etc. The URL on the error page is all the time "https://0.0.0.1/" mentention of course a page loading error. I don't know why firefox keeps oppening new tabs with this URL. I allrady tried to use the clearing function and even reinstalled the software, nothing worked. Maybe somebody can help me solving this problem, it is very annoying to have multiple new error-tabs per minute in a normal work flow. Thanks and best regards, Thomas

I use Firefox as my primary browser, and Comodo IceDragon as a back-up browser. For about the past week my Hotmail account, accessed through Outlook Live website, does not load it just brings up a white screen. I deleted all my temp files, and anything else I could think of that may be preventing it, but that did not work. In fact after doing this I have not been able to access my USAA account, it takes me to the log in screen and once I put in my user name it just keeps asking for the user name, it does not go any further. The pages are loading correctly with the Comodo IceDragon browser which I believe is very similar to Firefox.

I would very much like to get this issue resolved. I hope to get a response soon.

I am aware I can change my homepage and will do so. But I just wanted to share how terrible the firefox homepage is. I am just shown an array of negative stories as soon as I open mozilla firefox.

Hello, I have a problem, where many bookmarks from my old device are synchronized to my current Firefox browsers (on PCs) even when old device is removed months ago. What worse, when sync is performed, it duplicates tabs, now in "Bookmarks menu" I have albost 2000 bookmarks what are duplicates od ~20/30 ofer month. If Firefox do sync now on 2nd PC, I will get again 2000 and plus something bookmarks. Deleting it gives nothing. It comes back again and again. Normal Bookmarks tabalso gets old tabs and duplicates.

As I long time user and supporter (have donated and even got a shirt to show!) I have never had any issues with my beloved FF. If anything minor had happened, I would always find a quick fix on the community forums.

This one is an odd ball: for a while now Firefox forgets all saved passwords but only after a cold reboot (not a restart or sleep).

It's my elderly mum's laptop, which I manage for her using a remote desktop app. It's a fairly new Asus Vivobook with Win11, fully updated and free from viruses and hacks as we have installed paid versions of both Malwarebytes and HitmanPro.Alert. My Windows desktop runs exactly the same OS and those two security software, and my FF never ever forgets anything! The only difference is that her Windows and FF are set to the Italian language while mine is English.

After trying a "refresh", I exported her passwords and bookmarks and took the drastic step of completely wiping FF and even removing profiles. Reinstalled the latest x64 version and the problem is still happening.

Had a good look at both security software to ensure there was no funny setting to cause that to occur, fact is the laptop also runs Chrome and Edge with all the same saved passwords yet those two pesky browsers never forget anything!

Personally, I'd much prefer for her to continue to use FF rather than the other two, so I am shouting out for HELP, please! Hope someone has seen this and/or knows how to fix it.

With the latest version of Firefox the menu, etc. have a font size that is TOO SMALL. There are many Mozilla posts about this problem.

My wife cannot read them. I can barely read them. If this is not fixed soon, we will switch to another browser.

Can the Firefox code writers fix this?

Hello, My firefox has been randomly exiting for a longer time now. (I reopen Firefox it restores itself without any crash info) I've already tried reinstalling and using the cleaning tool. Now I wanted to remove my Addons, but one of them isn't deletable. It also has no name displayed which confused me... Furthermore, there are only "InstalTime12345678"-files in the crash reports directory (which I think aren crash reports). It seems to me the mysterious addon is installed through the policies. (I have a screenshot attached and uploaded them https://pastebin.com/59wzMDyv) This is my private computer and I never set those. Has anyone seen this before or can help? Thanks

On gmail "https://mail.google.com/mail"

I am already logged into my main account, when I click on my profile picture in the top right in order to add accounts/sign into other gmail accounts, I get this error:

"403. That’s an error.

We're sorry, but you do not have access to this page. That’s all we know."

I tried clearing cookies and no help.

Bare in mind this is on a fresh firefox install on a new desktop, I have been using firefox on my other desktop with no gmail issues like this.

This is the error message.

I live in Switzerland. When I type website address: https://www.pokemon.com Firefox changes it constantly (and instantly) to: https://www.pokemon.com/de/ which is useless to me because I don't know German.

Could you help me with that?

This is a very bizarre problem. Basically I can't install any Firefox addon neither on my desktop OR may laptop. I noticed this issue just couple of days ago. When I try to install any addon normally, from a link, it tells me that the addon can't be installed because the file is corrupt. Tried several addons, all same problem. On my desktop AND on my laptop. On my desktop I'm running ver. 103, but on my laptop I still had ver. 102.1, so there is no Firefox update issue. When I try to install addon from xpi file, it tells me that I have no permission to open that file and that's it. I tried to take ownership of that file but it didn't solve the issue I tried to disable my AV program, but it didn't do anything. On my laptop, I tried to refresh FF, no help. I tried to start FF in safe mode, same problem. I created new profile, same issue. Eventually, I totally uninstalled FF, removing program itself, removing Appdata folder and even registry entry. Installed fresh copy of FF, same problem exists. Then, I noticed one thing. When I tried to sync fresh FF installation on my laptop, it synced everything, EXCEPT for addons. So, something is preventing me doing anything regarding addons. Themes install just fine. I've struggling with this problem since yesterday and at this point I totally ran out of any fresh ideas how to solve this issue, thus posting here. I'll appreciate any fresh idea as what to do next. Firefox is the only application affected (latest 107.0.1, Windows 11 pro latest updates). I have updated all drivers, run system and memory checks, uninstalled deleted remaining files and registry settings, twice actually all to no avail.

I have recently changed ISP but cannot see how that affects just Firefox (Chrome/Opera/Edge all work) and also moved to Bit Defender antivirus. Here I think I saw startup installations in Chrome etc for bit defender but never for Firefox. I have tried turning off all virus web protection still no joy.

I have looked briefly at the crash reports but with my level of expertise I can see no common crash reason.

I have had no add-ins installed for last week while trying to get this to work again. I have used Firefox for years and have no wish to move to another browser but this situation is driving me nuts.

If there is anybody out there with any ideas on next steps I could take?

Hello. When I open a private window and try to pin it to the taskbar, it instantly changes into the normal (non-private) Firefox icon and then only opens normal windows when I click on it. It's been like this since I reset Windows and reinstalled Firefox yesterday. I tried to reinstall it again but it still does this. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I can't change the default hover color of buttons in the navigation bar. It either remains totally unaffected or there appears a larger background image of my color overlaid with the smaller default hover image. Hover on the bookmarks toolbar works fine, except for the "Show more bookmarks" chevron, which behaves exactly like a navigation bar button. I tried these:

1. nav-bar toolbarbutton:hover,
2. nav-bar toolbarbutton:hover:active,
3. nav-bar toolbarbutton-icon:hover,

When I log in to survey websites (e-rewards or one opinion), they get the neverending clock so I can't choose & take a survey. I get into the website & can do everything except for taking the survey. Works fine in Edge.

On the console log, it is giving a bad gateaway for the post request when I am trying to add photos from the attach option given below. Same issue on mobile app as well.
