I have been noticing that Firefox browser is being manipulated to obtain confidential information from users.

Is Firefox doing anything to stop this? The crooks who are most likely military and Others affiliated with the government are surreptitiously accessing US Citizens computers and silently obtaining credit card information, banking, Venmo, Zelle Apple Cash, etc. and ROBBiNG citizens.

This is no joke. is Mozilla doing anything to protect their browsers from these hoodlums and corrupt government officials and there hired contractors?

Hi, I wonder if someone can help me log into the KeyBank website. I keep getting this message: "Due to technical concerns, your current version of Firefox is no longer an option for KeyBank online banking. Nothing is wrong with your account. You simply need an updated browser – like the most up-to-date version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox – to sign on to online banking." My Mac indicates I have an up-to-date version of Firefox (78.10.0esr (64-bit) Thank you

Problem with Firefox opening two windows when connecting from another application link. STILL NOT FIXED. Running on Mac OS Monterey 12.5. There are numerous complaints about this bug but it never got fixed. It has become extremely annoying to me.

I frequently try to save pages as PDFs. When I print the page directly to a printer, no problem. When I save the PDF, it's usually munged and not a valid PDF file (very small or 0 bytes). Example URL: https://www.nytimes.com/2019/07/01/science/bacteria-microbes-electricity.html

Makes an empty PDF while when I do Print and then Save as PDF. I'm on Apple OS 10.13, using Firefox 67.0.4. This problem has been with us for a while (> 1 year I believe) and happens on all my machines.

Hi there. I have a MacBook Air. It is running on 13.2.1 (22D68), which I think is Ventura. A couple of days ago I noticed that while I can still download any attachment to the browser from gmail or hotmail, I can no longer drag and drop to my desktop. I have tried the download/drag and drop to my desktop capability on Safari from both gmail and hotmail, and it works fine. This seems to be a Firefox issue. Can you please tell me what I need to do to fix this issue? Thank you so much! Firefox is the best! James H.

For example: When I'm working on a Washington Post (LATimes) crossword puzzle, the internal link to "settings" doesn't work on Firefox, but it does on Safari.

For example: When I'm on the website for my apartment building, the internal links to "maintenance requests" and "make payments" work on Safari but not on Firefox.

When I download an attachment from Gmail, I would like to just download it. However, Firefox now opens the attachment in a new tab before I can download it. Is this new? Is there a way to turn this off?

My MacOS is 10.13.6 (cannot go higher on this machine). Since update to 15.119.0esr, embedded map graphics are no longer showing. The map graphic sub-window instead shows "Sorry, we have no imagery here" in several places across the map. I am getting the same for multiple websites, including the location maps in Zillow.com . Google Maps works fine, and I think the problem is isolated to maps embedded in pages. Did not have this issue last week, prior to updating to 15.119.0esr. This is SO BAD that if it's not fixable, I want to revert to 15.118...

I'd love to have Firefox release version and Firefox beta installed side-by-side on my Mac. Is it possible? If not, how do I make it so without encountering weird problems? If any from Firefox's dev team are reading this, please just make this possible. Chrome and Edge do it. Firefox should, too, IMO. Thank you.

Tabs to not reliably reopen after closing Firefox. The latest occurrence, but not the only one, was after updating macOS 13 on a Mac Mini M1 using current version of FireFox.

I have read multiple help pages and double and triple checked settings. My work around has been to Bookmark All Open Tabs each time I close FireFox or shutdown the Mac - doable but a nuisance.

Aliexpress.us will not load - Firefox cannot/will not redirect. Cleard cookies/catch, etc.- put exception for website in privacy. No change. Safari loads website just fine. Any ideas? OSX 15.2

Thought I should bring it to your attention. My default browser is Firefox and I use Earthlink as my email. Earthlink just informed me that Firefox no longer supports Earthlink. They have asked me to switch to Google Chrome where my email works fine. If you need to contact me , my phone is [phone# removed from public] and my name is Ken Westlund. I wanted to upgrade and update my Firefox to the latest version. Encountered some errors so I uninstalled the old version and reinstalled Firefox' latest version. Now all of a sudden all my Add-ons / Plugins / Extentions on the latest version of Firefox for Mac OS is gone...

Microsoft Excel is no longer listed i Applications as download option. All files downloaded automatically are stored as Microsoft Word files, not just excel files. I can change individual files manually to .xlsx which is a nuisance, but this also happens with Zip files (7Zip) and I am at a loss as to how to change them when they are downloaded as a Word document.

This does not happen on a newer MacBook Pro, but I need it to work with the older version. The older Mac is MacBook Pro 9.2 with MacOS Catalina Version 10.15.7 Firefox is version 103.0

I'm using firefox 97 on mac. Whenever I copy and paste an image from firefox, the image comes out desaturated as if it is using the wrong color profile. I tried changing the gfx.color_management settings without it improving. The images look fine and are the right colors in the browser, however, the issue only happens when I copy and paste images. Firefox behaves like the color management is disabled (set to 0 in config) but ONLY when copying and pasting images.

I do not have this issue with other browsers such as chrome.

As of February 13, 2025 the front page of the Washington Post website does not load correctly in Firefox 115.20.0esr in Mac OS 10.13.6. The problem persists even in safe mode. Thank you.
