Firefox browser crashes whenever uploading or downloading is tried. It seems website independent, and even a trial to start download from an email crashes the browser. Report IDs for some of the submitted crash reports:

I am using Red Fade theme but the firefox popups (e.g., show all history and more) are black instead of the usual light gray. How can I get them light grey please? Thank you

Writing to inquire what I supposed to do to keep my tabs recover when I close Mozilla or restart my Mac. I've just closed it, and shut down process on the hometab. But they dissapeared yet again! Also Firefox updated to never version. Could you please advice what I should do if after restarting Firefox I don't see my tabs, given that login to Firefox account completed, and "open previous windows and tabs" selected.

Hello, I was on vacation and notice that an unnamed device was uploading and downloading a lot of stuff. I have a eero router and clicked pause. When I got home I found out that I had no internet on my PC and that it was the unnamed device. All of the other things in my house are working great. I clicked on resume in my eero app and it showed that it was no longer paused. My computer still has not internet and Firefox says, PAUSED, and SSL Error Bad Certificate domain. I have restarted my internet, my router, my eero app, my phone, my computer. Uninstalled my eero app and reinstalled it. I would appreciate any help as I really don't want to uninstall Firefox. I have clickserve.datasearch affecting Firefox 116.0.2, which causes a redirect on all links. It does not appear in my list of apps and I can see nothing suspicious in the program list, or in the list of extensions. Running Windows 11 MS Defender and MalwareBytes. MSI GP 63 laptop. Google Chrome on same device is unaffected. Suggestions? Thanks.

I am trying to remove my login details on firefox for my microsft account. Everytime I try i go to www.office.com or portal.office.com to log into my account the username for the account is always displayed.

I have gone on the the privacy and setting and removed all cached data, removed history and cache when closing firefox.

But everytime I go to the website to log onto my microsoft account the account user name remains. Is there a way of removing this information. I ahve also cleared auto.fill and disabled this within the about:config.

Could anyone advise me how this can be done as I cannot seem to find anyother settings that I may have to change for this to be done!

only firefox keeps the ANNOYING and AWFUL and DO NOT WANT Captcha or anything like it to keep coming up thru firefox when attempting to use GOOGLE search. no other browser does it.......and the lame excuses of 'for my safety' or 'unusual traffic' and crud like that is lousy. firefox is great.........enjoyed for years......this is making me crazy and starting to use other venues.

The scrolling is normal on settings pages, and this page as well, but on regular webpages the rest of the web the scrolling is slower and faster than slower, it makes it impossible to use this browser, any help?

Hi. My Firefox keeps selecting multiple tabs, and I can't fix it. When I try to switch tabs, it only selects it as once of the "group of those tabs that I want to move, delete etc." The "chosen tabs" turn blue when I tap them, and I cant get this feature off.

Only solution that I have found, is restarting my laptop. Please help. I do not wish for this to continue its very annoying.

I've been able to use Firefox seamlessly since making it my default web browser, until last week. Since then every time I try to connect to juno.com, I receive the message below:

Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

   Because I need access to this server, I've tried a variety of ways to connect with it and everyday, I waste a large amount of time, but everyday, eventually I'm able to open a link and access juno.com.    I know that there are better email servers, but because I've had this one for over 30 years and do business all over the world, with  a wide variety of people, I need to keep this account active.

   I'm hoping that you can help me solve this issue.
