Mozilla opens a random page without me doing anything. Page doesnt download all the way because i think ether avast or windows firewall blocks it. Has anyone found a solution to stop this from happening. I have done a deep scan incase of a malware and avast found nothing.

HELP!!! Tell me how to DISABLE the back and forward arrows that now come up on the left and right sides of the Firefox panel from out of nowhere. They keep destroying my work even though I try my hardest to avoid them! They have my swearing at my computer.

I use Firefox almost exclusively. After opening a link from an email for a digital magazine download, the form necessary to complete the download does not appear in Firefox, but it will appear if I do the same in Chrome. Images attached.

Is there a setting that is affecdting this?

Today I downloaded the latest Firefox upgrade and got a flaming orange toolbar which is difficult to read. Troubleshooting the issue by browsing the internet, I tried several things I don't remember, and also clicked on the DuckDuckGo privacy tab when that option came up. I was unable to change the color of the tab but then suddenly got a gray screen with all gray tabs. There is no color.

It is not a Microsoft issue, as I have tried rebooting several times and always get a color screen at the reboot. But when the page starts loading, all the icons are gray. I tried a system restore but after a long reboot got a message that the restore was unsuccessful because apparently blocked by my security software (Webroot). The advice was to temporarily disable Webroot but when I go into my apps, the only option is to uninstall and I am hesitant to do that because I don't know if I can quickly reinstall it without having to call Webroot customer service.

At this point I can't figure out what to do. Can you help without my having to reset everything? I always keep a lot of windows open which is one feature I like about Firefox, and really don't want to have to reconstruct all those pages.

I will appreciate your help in solving this problem, which I think is a software issue and possibly related to some things I might have clicked while trying to change the toolbar color.

HI! I am a Firefox user for many years, but I am encountering now problems I never had. First, before the opening of an address I get a message "Transferring data from assets.adobedtm.com" and it takes a while before I access the site. Problem 2: in Firefox settings I see a message: "your browser is being managed by your organization" But I do not belong to any organization!!! Furthermore I see a link to "ImportEnterpriseRoots" classified as "active" and "true". What the hell is this? I hope you can help solve those problems. In the meantime I will use Edge... I'm just reinstall my windows 8. But, i don't know why the firefox appearance are weird and difficult to used because of the appearance. What should i do? Nb: It looks normal on "troubleshoot mode".

Whenever I close a tab or group of tabs, Firefox ask me if I want to try the new feature to re-open them. I click "No", but it will ask again the next time that I close a tab. How can I disable these prompts to try new features once and for all?

i've been a loyal fan for over 20 years but i just can't comprehend why would ignoring dns settings be a good idea .. i can't even imagine a hypothetical situation when this makes sense.

and now i have to either tolerate edge, chrome or just forget internet which is really hard to do when you work in IT ...

After I have opened google maps and then I enter a post code and press search nothing happens. Not able to zoom into a location therefore and not able to get the street view either. This has happened since the last update I guess. Can anyone help please ? Chris

I need access to my other Firefox account. It's an account I have for work and it was created while I was a temp. I got hired on by the company and they disabled my old AD account and that is the email I used to create a Firefox sync account. I don't have access to that email account anymore so therefore cannot receive a verification email to log in. I would like to change the email on that account to my new address. I really need all those bookmarks. We support well over a hundred different services and such, and it would take weeks or months to build up these bookmarks again. I have the login info for that Firefox account.

Firefox is NOT importing my Safari passwords, even when using a .csv file and the advanced settings method -- about:config signon.management.page.fileImport.enabled

I tried several times but the logins listed in Firefox never reflect any change whatsoever. I have no idea what is going wrong because I follow all the steps everytime. I restarted Firefox even thinking that it would show up after refreshing, but no.

Any more suggestions or help would be much appreciated.
