I downloaded version 101.0.1 and lost most of my bookmark TAGS! These help me find things in my many bookmarks. I've kept version 98.0.1 in my Applications folder (MAC Mojave 10.14.6) and it still has all my TAGS intact. I can't copy / paste or drag and drop them. How can I transfer my bookmarks TAGS?

Hello! Hoping someone can help with this new (to me) issue. I've searched and can't seem to find any articles/threads.

When I open the wifi menu on my laptop, I also see a media player featuring a video I watched three days ago (image attached). I've used my computer several times since then and didn't notice it. It also doesn't appear to be functional, as when I click play, nothing happens.

Is there a setting I'm missing to get this to go away and to prevent it from coming back again?

Firefox on Windows 11 now runs at 100% and a stack of ram. Obviously this slows down my PC and this is only on the home page with nothing to look at. This makes it unuseable. Tried help pages - no use at all. Why am I asking an unknown instead of Mozilla? To big for their boots?

I have four mailboxes using Comcast/Xfinity. One of the four does not appear in Firefox. It DOES appear in Edge and Thunderbird. I asked about this about a month ago and the mailbox appeared. But in the past week it has once again gone missing.

‘When i am on ebay after 4 or 5 selections everything locks up only way to free it is up is close Firefox browser then I'm unable to launch fire fox for several minutes sometimes have to do restart of pc!. Only site happens on. I asked ebay they didn't help completely unable to shop. Please help! I'm retired rocket Scientist go figure! Bruce Allen

I have been blaming this on Apple, thinking they don't want to get bad news, but if I go to the same site on my Linux machine the "I have this question/problem too" buttons work every time along with the "Helpful" one that also fails to do anything in the Windows version. Just thought someone should know.

For some unknown reason, I am no longer able to download anything in Firefox. The download manager just says "Failed". I tried using another browser and I am able to download okay. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am logged into my account successfully. I have a recovery key but in can't use it because the only option at that point is to create a new one. Also at that point for some reason my password fails! Please can you help? Christopher
