bold text Mozilla flags 'captive network detected', does nothing to fix, still an issue, though it's been reported... Multiple Times. I have this issue w/Aurora CO. Central Library, & Fresenius Dialysis Care Facility in Aurora CO.!

Although I didn't change anything with firefox, now my browser opens in a tiny window, and I must hit the full screen symbol twice to get it in full screen, why? I've done all the 'fixes' for this F11 and others, nothing changed.

Please email or call me to fix. My old, initial, primary email is no longer accessible to I cannot cite the "code" that Mozilla wants me to cite... when I am trying to input a secondary email. So do I need to cancel my account and re-register, or can a staff member fix this for me (please)? [edited] @outlook.com (new, and only, email)

I am on Windows 10. I just updated my Firefox web browser and it send me an error message: "XUL Runner, Error, Platform Version 113.0.2 not compatible with min version equal or greater or lesser than 113.0.1. IS this a problem and what is the solution?? Bob Krause

when i go to Facebook i continue to get network errs and also in Facebook I keep getting something went wrong reload the page. I have disabled and deleted some add ons an even tried in trouble shoot mode and still i get it. I have tried every thing i know how even refreshed Firefox. I do not get it in Chrome and it has much of the same add ons or extensions. I tried to send a report to Facebook but you know how that goes.It is getting annoying Not sure if it Facebook and Firefox or just Facebook . But if ti is not happening in Chrome or edge that leads me to come to the conclusion it is Firefox

I got this message today.... 'I then attempted to start Firefox, getting the error, "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."'

I attempted to reinstall Firefox and am still getting this message. How do I fix this?

When I try to access my Etrade account the connection fails. Sometimes I can reach the log in page but cannot log on, Usually, I can't even access ETrade. I can log on using Microsoft Edge but not with Mozzilla,

I have few sites that pop up in autosuggestion every time I type an letter (for example when I type "i" i got autosuggestion for "imgur.com"). I want to delete these entries as they clutter my search bar. I already deleted search history with all boxes marked as checked, I used shift+delete option and every time it comes back. I want to completly delete all autosuggestion data or find a solution to delete only these I want to delete.

I still want to have autosuggestion turned on. I just want to reset it and erase it completly. I reinstalled the browser but it didn't work either.

I use Firefox daily, and I use Sync to save my profile.

Today I had to reinstall Windows for some reason, therefore I had to reinstall Firefox entirely. The profile files were lost in the process, and when I connected with Sync, Firefox installed all the extensions I had before, but it didn't fetch the bookmarks. Like many people, I have hundreds of links in my bookmarks, and I'd like to get them back. Profile files are not here, and Sync couldn't find them? Is there a place where I can see all previous Sync saves so that I can get an old backup (even if it's a backup from days or weeks ago)?

So I'm on my dad's computer, he's old and doesn't get the computers. Anyway he has two pinned Firefox's and I told him to delete one and he said no way because they open different firefoxs, and sure enough they do. One opens with a completely different homepage and completely different set of data and saved passwords and websites than the other. The only difference I could tell is that it seems like one he's created a firefox account for and the other doesn't have it. But why would a shortcut open up a different instance of firefox like this? Is this some scam browser that's cloning his firefox browser? Or is this some weird thing that is an only firefox option?

after the latest round of updates, my extension tabs (upper right) for approved and secured extensions has vanished. there is one in particular that I want in the extension area (see image 1)

I found them tucked away in another tab (upper right corner) the jigsaw puzzle piece.

is there a way to put the extensions that I want back on the extension area (upper right corner of browser window)? (see image 2)

Each time I start my computer and launch FireFox I am greeted with the "Welcome" page as if it was the first time I launch it. My extensions do not load and I have to manually turn them off and on again for them to load properly. The permissions I gave them previously need to be reconfirmed.

It's as if FireFox doesn't remember me at all. It wouldn't be that problematic if not for the issue with the extensions.

I've searched far and wide and couldn't find any solution to my problem. If anyone has any tip I'd be grateful, I already forgot half of what I've already tried but I'll let you know.

I've been using firefox for last 15 years now to do my online banking with RBC. As of 2 weeks ago it has failed to open online banking on the RBC website. Google chrome however works. When speaking to RBC customer support they say it is a problem with firefox and will likely go away once firefox updates to a newer version.

Hope you can help with this issue since my browser of choice is firefox. Thanks

I recently tried to log into my Firefox account on a new PC I am building. I have Bitwarden as a PW manager and I use the 2FA inside of the paid version as much as a possibly can. I have it setup for Firefox but no matter what I did I could not get past Firefox's account 2FA page it kept giving me a wrong password. I saw that Firefox has a list of authenticators that will work(https://mzl.la/3p8DJls), is Bitwardens 2FA function not capable of working with Firefox accounts?

Each and every time you install an upgrade on Firefox, your profile vanishes. So I questioned on how to save my profile and I found a nasty solution where you have to close Firefox because of a stupid empty file named parent.lock which happen to be empty on the 2 cases I checked. I did not sniff in the restore constraints yet... What a mess ! Looking at the frequency the Firefox's upgrade arrives, it would be advisable to automatically preserve the user's parameters. Alternately it would be a good thing to have a save/restore function for Firefox's parameter.

If a printable view is created from a website, firefox won't allow it to print to a PDF. I tried same feature on Google Chrome and it works. What am I doing wrong.

BTW, printing to a PDF worked not long ago, but stopped within the last couple of months.
