I use Firefox search engine.

I am a Rogers/Yahoo mail.

I have not signed up for Thunderbird because Rogers says they do not "support" it and will not provide any help for any third-party email problems.

Lately, when I compose an email or receive an email in my Rogers email, they contain the letter "A" in a circle with a dark brown "brick" appearing background, directly in front of my email address, and that is accompanied by the words "Mail Service." This started only recently.

Rogers said they have never seen this and asked what search engine I am using. I told them Firefox. They suggested I try testing with a different search engine, so I used MS Edge, and I did NOT get the "A" or the "Mail Service" words.

Why is this now happening when I log onto my Rogers account using Firefox search engine?

Good afternoon. My name is Tito, I had a lot of logins and passwords for the most of the sites saved in the firefox passwords. I went to another country for vacation and for some reason i lost all of my saved logins. Is there anyway to recover it. one of the advantages of having saved logins nowadays, and because all the passwords get more complex is to save it and in case we forgot we can always check it.. is there anyway i can recover it?? cannot install fire fox I have used it for years as my main browser can you please help me get it back? This is a brand new computer. I should not be having any issues with Firefox

I don't know but I'll say that I've tried using troubleshooting mode, cleared my startup cache, reset the browser and redownloaded the entire application. this happened after I cleared some stuff from my laptop don't know if that has anything to do with it though

I have a new Synology DS420j that requires a secure connection to let me sign in. ATM I can only sign in by scrolling back through my e-mails, finding the relevant one from my first sign-in with the new box and calling that one up.

However, the initial exception has since expired, and I cannot download/instal a new version of such a certificate.

The last 2 or 3 days I cannot access my Pal Pal account through the log in screen using firefox. I am not having any other problems with any other websites. If I try to log in -- it just gets locked up in the processing screen

Windows Edge has taken over as my browser. How do I get firefox to be my browser by default? I have tried many times but the box to delete windows edge is greyed out. Please help

To whom it may concerm: This is Danielle. When I open my firefox home page (https://www.ighome.com) I get an error message stating that the calendar is open in another web page and I don't understand how because this is the only browser I use. The calendar used to display every time I opened firefox and now, I keep getting the error message. Please help. Thanks,

For a few months now I can't upload anything larger than 500 MB on Google Drive. I did talk to GD support and it worked fine with Chrome and Chromium. So whatever is causing this problem, it's in Firefox. I tried with a clear Firefox (one with no extensions by deleting /.mozilla) but it's still the same - the upload starts but then stops within the first 30 seconds. Ping and traceroute are all perfectly fine to google servers, no losses, so it's not the connection either.

Firefox is the latest stable version: 101.0.

I've got my bookmarks back, but not my history, or my tabs, or my Tab Groups (I've got a new Version of the Extension, see https://github.com/drive4ik/simple-tab-groups, but I don't know where to look to find the original data, or how to import it when I do find it.)

On the other hand, I have this now: - WITH Submit buttons! However they are changing to Failed when I try to submit them - one step forward, one step back, SIGH!

bold text One of your recent downloads has made it impossible to use the mail icon at the top of the page. ALSO it keeps kicking message that firefox is not my browser even though I set it as my default

Firefox is up to date. All other sites work. Everything worked fine when i went to sleep, trying to do some research on youtube right now and all I get is the error message.

Where do I go to find the current updates? I have followed instructions on the support page, but it doesn't take me to anything but more questions. I get a dialog box on my screen saying there is an update and to download and restart. I did that, but it did nothing and I keep getting that dialog box. Where can I go to see if I have the most current version? I have been all over the FF pages and can't find anywhere that says anything refering to "current update available".
