As of 21/11/2023, I can no longer use several chat services that had previously worked on Firefox, for example Santander bank and EDF. Plus, the POWR widget has stopped working on one of my favourite websites.... it used to pull in the charity's Facebook content but now all I see is the text and no imagery. I'm using Firefox for Windows and usually have a few set pages that appear every time I open a new window. Every now and again, I have to add, remove, or change one of these pages. The issue is that I have to see something like this whenever I want to change anything.

Naturally, whenever I open a new window in Firefox, this is automatically interpreted to open multiple pages. However, this way of displaying them is still inconvenient. I want to know if we can get something more like this.

Is there a way to edit the Settings UI to see a multi-line list with the ability to add, remove, or change these links individually? Thank you.

I can't seem to access one website that I used to visit daily: www.leftwinglock.com

I have no issue with any other site that I visit daily, and my co-workers are able to access that site so it is not down.

Is there something in my settings that is preventing me from viewing this site now?

When I try to login to the Tesco website I get this message: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.tesco.com/account/login/en-GB?" on this server.

I have cleared History plus cookiies and site data and cached web content

But I'm still unable yo login to this site.

Some websites, like my bank, don’t let you paste into the password field. I don’t want to manually type in the password. I found a workaround:

1. Go to about:config
2. Search for dom.event.clipboardevents.enabled
3. Double-click it to change the value to "false"

But the problem is that pasting into a google document no longer works. I have to revert the value back to “true” to get copy-pasting working in a google document.

Is there a way to have the best of both worlds: paste in google docs and paste in sites that block pasting, like my bank?

I am trying to download a large file. Am on a course, and the main tutor has given the group a file to download. Have tried downloading this 5 times, but get little luck. The file that I would want to download is 8.5GB, and the furthest I get is about 4GB.

I have 2 questions about this.

1) I seem to have a very 'in and out internet connection. It seems to go down at times for no reason, cutting off the download. Is there anything I could do about this? How could I troubleshoot this, please? 2) Does anybody know of any special tools that I can use to download in a more efficient manner, please? Perhaps an extension for Firefox might be able to do this, perhaps? Kind Regards to Anyone Answering this Query, Marek

I need to be able to access banks, specifically USB Direct. I can access my credit union but when I try to get my statement, I get a message that I have been logged out due to inactivity.

Dear Mozilla/Firefox, in the past week or so Firefox is noticeably slower to load than Norton Secure or Google Chrome. Running from a shortcut or pasting the same link into the address bar, Firefox takes around 25 seconds to load where Norton is almost instant. There are features of Firefox that I prefer over other browsers so hope you can guide me how to fix this. Thank you,

Updated FF Tuesday evening and noticed first on Wednesday when unable to log in to my Tesco food website. Access not allowed from this server or some such. I tried to use the Tesco feedback form and then got alerts both from Avast (saying it was infected) followed by FF refusal to connect. I tried safe mode and removing and adding FF.exe to Avast without change. I reset FF without change. MS Edge allowed access to all these sites without a murmur.

Today i can get to Tesco main site but still not Feedback.

Also my local Synolgy NAS now has a warning that it is dangerous to access from FF. Nothing has been changed in its set up or security. I can and do override and access everything

Something in the Tuesday update has caused this clash. I did think at one point I also saw 120.0.1 being offered but that may have been my confusion.

Happy user of FF fro many years and do not want to change.

After years of shopping online with Tesco using Firefox suddenly I can no longer log in to Tesco.com. Just get 'Access Denied. You do not have permission to access------etc' I am sure that this happened after the last update of Firefox ! Tesco say its not their problem and the problem is with my Firefox browser. Please advise.

Trying to access my Tesco account but a page saying 'Access Denied on this server' appears. Can you rectify this? I urgently need to login to my Tesco Account.

Hi, for months now, Mozilla, keeps crashing, or asking me to install new updates very frequently. Today it told me I have an old version (I do not) and that I need to create a new profile. I love your privacy policy but am about to give up your product. I have an IT dep and they were not able to help either. Best of luck fixing these bugs

I need help with Mozilla Firefox 119.0.1 (64-bit) version which is almost not working internally without Internet link. When I try to open local internal site Mozilla Firefox waits to open https://www.bootstrapcdn.com/ Internet location which is unavailable because we are using the browser in isolated network and it is waiting for this site for more than 15 minutes before it opens the local site.

This is not the way we are expecting the browser to work so the question is can we disable this requests in Mozilla Firefox that we were not aware of and that are not asked from out side?
