Hello,

i imported Firefox bookmarks to Firefox on another user account and i am not getting thumbnails! Both on bookmark's bar and inside bookmark browser :/

How to fix this?

I wish to save my bookmarks in alphabetical order, first the folders and then any bookmarks that have not yet been allocated to a specific folder. This used to be possible as I gave reorganised the older bookmark folders are in alphabeical order previously. This seems to be no longer posible. I can reorganise them in View but cannot save them. Am I doing something wrong? Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance. text

Hi My computer crashed today and it had to be it reformatted. I have updated the computer but i want to update my bookmarks. How do i access / restore my booksmarks from yesterday? At the moment I cannot see any of my old bookmarks all i have is the bookmarks that come with when you install firefox.

I am logged into firefox but i cannot see my old search history or find any of my old bookmarked folders.

Please help me, I thought firefox was looking after my bookmarks when i was logging in.

For years had bookmarks in folders showing on Bookmark Toolbar. Today they are all gone. Still in my Bookmarks on the drop down Menu, but not appearing on the Toolbar. Please help. Can't seem to drop and drag them there. Also, the Bookmarks Toolbar keeps disappearing every time I go to look at a new tab.

i am setting up a new laptop and trying to import all my current data from my old pc. Nothing is right. It imported alll the shortcuts on my toolbar from years ago. None of these are the current bookmarks from my old pc. ive tried syncing, importing again, nothing works. my bookmarks on my side bar are years old. I dont have ANY of these on my old pc as i deleted them years ago. what the heck is happening and how do i get my new pc browser to look exactly as my old pc looks. This is very frustrating. I have over 500 bookmarks on my sidebar. it looks like every bookmark i have EVER used. This is ridiculous.

Windows auto-updated and my bookmark toolbar disappeared

I still see all of my bookmarks in the "Bookmarks" list, but none of them appear across the top of my screen, where they usually are and I can't put them back.

i opened firefox (v.95) and tried opening up my email and found that all my saved passwords were gone from firefox on my computer. it said i should crate a firefox account to get my logins back so i did and i still could not access any of my web logins. so i searched the help pages. opened up my profile n made a backup of my key3, key4, n loginjson files, downloaded v.91 firefox esr and copied my key3 file into a new profile.

so i still dont have my web logins ... n now i have an outdated version of firefox with none of my bookmarks either. im sick of troubleshooting n my wifi is almost out for the month.

how do i get my web logins and bookmarks back so i dont have to spend hundreds of hours recreating them?

Hi, I am trying to save my most important Bookmarks as Shortcuts in Firefox Homepage, but Firefox is not showing the icons of the shortcuts, instead it is showing as Letters of the site. Please refer the image that I have attached. Incase if the image in the attachment fails, use this link Do note that the icons in bookmarks bar are showing fine, but the problem is only in Homepage shortcuts. Following a Mac rebuild, I decided to use a different e-mail for my Firefox profile, then tried to move all my bookmarks over. I tried both backup and HTML export from my old profile (on a separate machine, copied to the rebuilt machine) but restore from that file failed ("Unable to process the backup file.") and the HTML import seemingly did nothing - the operation completed without error but nothing changed. Any suggestion on how to get the bookmarks moved over?

When I want to drag and drop a tab into a folder of the bookmark toolbars, I can't do it for some folders.

Specifically, it doesn't work for folders that are somewhat in the area of the tab preview animation that pops up when I start dragging the tab. So that is not the same folders every time, it depends on the tab location in the tab bar.

Do someone had a similar issue and found a solution?

I'm in troubleshooting mode. Firefox 100, just updated, but bug was there before. Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

Today after booting up my computer, I found that none of my bookmarks were appearing in the toolbar. They're still appearing in the bookmarks menu under "Bookmarks Toolbar," and "Bookmarks Toolbar Items" is still where it should be in the Customize screen. I also confirmed that the toolbar is still marked as "Always Show." In fact, other items (such as the main bookmark menu itself) still show up on the toolbar. It's only all my bookmarks that are missing.

I've also tried:

• Exiting and restarting Firefox
• Turning settings on and off (i.e., setting the toolbar to "Never Show" and then turning it back)
• Rebooting my computer

Citibank cannot access the online account changed pass word and it keeps asking me for the new password.

Citibank says Firefox has to be restored?

Hi My browser updated to latest version 100.0.1 but all my opened tabs are missing. And what is more important all my sync bookmarks are also gone. I can note restore any of sync data.

Recently got a new PC with Windows 11 and since I downloaded Firefox the shortcut of CTRL+Shift+O will not open the bookmark manager. Does the same on Opera GX and Chrome. Not sure if I did something wrong in the PC settings but nothing I've tried has fixed the problem
