I have played "Hero Wars,Dominion Era " for years on Fire Fox...They did an "update" last week(Thursday or friday 04/25-26?24)and I haven't been able to log onto the game itself since...I can still open the Hero wars home page,I can get into my "discord" chat etc etc etc,but I cannot get into my individual game.(If it helps,my Hero wars game ID # is 10920140)...I had to start playing the game itself on Google Chrome...I am hopeing you can help find a solution as everything I do is from Fire Fox & I really don't like chrome :(...PLEASE Help me resolve this if possible! ( Nexus suggested I use "Incognito" on FireFox ( I remeber that from a few yrs back,but honestly,i haven't used or seen "incognito" since :()

When I open Firefox and want to go to Private. I go to the three lines at the top right of the Firefox page. I go down to Private. Then after selecting it, YET ANOTHER REGULAR FIREFOX PAGE OPENS. I NEVER had this problem until the start of 2024.

Please help as I used to have FIREFOX PRIVATE as my go to browser. Now, I use others and they do not work with some pages.

Please help as it is frustrating to keep getting a new Regular page.

Can you recommend some kind of extension thet will only check current icons for the bookmarks? Just that. I don't need duplicate bookmarks checker, inactice checker and God knows what else checker. Just icons, that's good enough for me.

Hello! I synced my browsing data yesterday by signing in to firefox account and reset my OS(window 10) to improve my laptop's speed. When I am trying to get back my browsing data back after resetting and installing firefox by signing in to my firefox account and pressing the Sync Now button then its not giving me my browsing data back. Why is it so? Need Help. Thank You!!

Hi, i locked my pc few days ago due to smart windows not recognizing my ( correct password ) repeatedly. anyway, im still trying to find a way to solve this issue.

now, i created an admin windows account get access to my old user files, found the bookmarks file. the only thing left for me now is the passwords file.i did not a Firefox online account before today

the only way currently if i did not solve the wind10 login issue is the find the passwords file physically just like i did with the bookmarks file.

can anyone help with this ??

After the latest update to 125.0.2 (64-bit) the browser works fine for a few minutes and then pages won't load. It starts working again after a restart [ for a few minutes]. I have cleared the cache & data. Chrome works ok.

Firefox slows down when I use web developer tools, I use this whenever I try to save an image on Instagram or other sites that I go to just to save an image or look for the video using the web tools.

Is there a way to fix this issue it lags the browser or it freezes for a second.

I currently have a 'bad/rouge' session of Windows 7 Firefox (don't really know how that happened) open (7 'Windows', each with one empty Tab plus 1 'Window', with only 1 populated tab (Yahoo Mail)! I need to close Firefox in order to restart my laptop (strange things have been happening, including not being able to access the internet)!! On restarting, I want to be able to open Firefox with the previous session I had with my 8 'Windows', each with dozens and dozens of Tabs! Please help, I sorely need those many 'Windows' and Tabs!!!

When browsing with Firefox, scrolling with the up/down arrow keys intermittently causes the keyboard to be disabled. Trackpad and touchscreen still function, but keyboard becomes completely disabled, requiring a reboot.

This ONLY happens while browsing with Firefox browser. I cannot deliberately reproduce this, but it happens frequently - up to several times a day. It seems to be tied to multiple key hits on the down and/or up keys. This only happens in Firefox, not in any other apps, including Visual Studio.

This is a brand new HP laptop. HP support says that this is a Firefox support issue because it only happens on Firefox and no other programs or scenarios.

Can you please help me to identify, troubleshoot and resolve this issue? I am a software/database engineer but this is a little outside the scope of my knowledge. I should be able to conduct any tests or provide any needed feedback at a useful level with only a reasonable level of hand holding. I suspect that Firefox is somehow inhibiting or disrupting the keyboard driver.

Dear Mozilla:

It is SAD that the OS I have will no longer be supported due to exploits.

Considering the # of exploits, backdoors, poor coding, etc., in the later Windows OS versions - 1 would truly think that supporting the older and MUCH more secure Windows OS's would be wise.

Yes, they have "holes", but overall much fewer than current OS's.

Plus, the bad actors are very busy exploiting 10 & 11 and pretty much have ignored the prior versions.

Question... what if a major exploit is found that affects all OS's from 11 down to unsupported?

Will Mozilla make sure to supply a patch to the unsupported due to the danger of the new & serious "hole" found?

I vote... it would be wise to maintain a small contingency of legacy developers to help those who cannot buy new systems or flat out HATE the UI & UX of the 10 & 11.

I use Firefox as my browser and used to be able to go a web site or to a link from an instructor and when I clicked on the link or entered the class I was attending, the Zoom meeting would automatically open. That doesn't work anymore. I have to "join via browser but I don't have the meeting id. Why has this become so difficult? Zoom denies being the problem so now I wonder if it's the browser.

I've been noticing that when I click History > Clear Recent history, after clicking and going back to History, it hasn't removed everything. I have Firefox on my Android phone which is set to clear history upon close. For for unknown reasons, its leaving sites from both desktop and phone apps after clearing.

I'm running Firefox v 115.9.1esr on my Mac.

When we log into our Yahoo email, there's a small triangle (see screen shot) next to the padlock on the address bar that says "connection not secure".

Not sure what to do to get rid of it.

I've recently started using the Tree Style Tab extension, and I'm finding it useful, but I'd like it if the list of tabs could be automatically hidden when only one tab is open (and automatically shown when more than one tab is open).

I hoped to write an extension to do this, but opening the sidebar from an extension requires a user gesture, so I suspect I'll have to use a userchrome.js script.

From a "userchrome.js"-like environment (i.e. unsandboxed AutoConfig), I can hide and show the sidebar with `SidebarUI.hide()` and `SidebarUI.show("treestyletab_piro_sakura_ne_jp-sidebar-action")`, and I can examine the tabs open in the current window via `gBrowser.tabs`, but I can't see how to get notified when the number of tabs changes (replacing `gBrowser.tabs` with a proxy doesn't work, for example). I suppose I could just check every few seconds? That feels like a bit of a cop-out, though, and gets more and more inefficient the more windows are open.

There's an API for extensions to receive events when tabs open and close, so clearly this is possible. Where should I be looking for this functionality?

(I also don't know how I would go about unregistering an event listener (or cancelling a setInterval call!) when the window closes, assuming that's necessary to avoid leaking resources – is there an event like `chrome-document-global-created` I could listen for, but that fires during teardown of the window rather than when one is created?)
