I've tried restarting Firefox, I tried restarting my computer. nothing I've done will turnoff HTTPS mode

The address works fine in MS Edge.

I have Windows 10 Pro version 20H2 on a Dell 7750 purchased in Apr/2021.

I use TurboCAD 2021 Platinum. I'd like to use the TurboCAD online help with Firefox.

As of a couple of days ago, I've had trouble with my Firefox Extensions. The most apparent one being ads appearing on the sites I browse (I have the Adblock extension installed and active). The extension that reveals the "dislike" ratio on Youtube only works if I disable and then enable the extension, for each video I watch. My entire extensions toolbar seems faulty as well.

I've attached images to illustrate: - Rakuten just appears as a blank box upon clicking it - Video downloader extensions just appear as a white line (doesn't open at all) - Bitwarden (password manager) says "not available in private mode", even though I'm not using a private window

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Matt

(SECOND occurrence of this problem; not sure HOW previous instance resolved - my short-term memory ISN'T the best at present!)

Have taken all recommended steps short of completely refreshing (renamed a file titled 'config.json.old' as it was the ONLY one with a 'json' filepath suffix) because I don't want to have to relocate (another) existing session / configured profile by trial & error if avoidable - 'cookies' were removed along with history / cache cleared; reset / deleted related browser registry entries as directed, activated ' Troubleshooting / Safe Mode' contingency and STILL can't download anything (additionally, tried to do so with and without limited-time Malwarebytes web protections).....want to CONTINUE using Version 95 because by ALL indications and from what I'm seeing in Comments, my instincts about newer ones - were sound, WELL-informed.....please advise ASAP? Hello, since tooday firefox is consuming all my RAM (12g) in less than 1 min after started running, whole memory is consumed by 1 process (out of 11) without any tabs opened. I am able to close the process without any noticable issues with browser however, the same thing happens each time i open browser again and it makes my pc freeze after 2-3 min. I haven't done any update or installed anything that coud interfere with browser. Version: 95.0 Windows 7, 64bit

When I try to see my history using the History -> Show All History menu-item or Hamburger -> History -> Manage History menu-item, Firefox displays a Library window without any history. My Settings' History "Firefox will" has been set to "Remember History" for many years. I shut down my laptop and turned on my laptop and saw the same behavior.

I would have attached to this message a screenshot that shows the Library window, but could not because when uploading my screenshot, the Uploaded images' area showed a rotating circle that kept rotating for at least ten minutes and I got tired of it wasting my valuable time. The image's size is 63 KB. I tried uploading using Firefox and Chrome and both showed the same behavior.

I have noticed since yesterday (but maybe it is related to the 95.0.2 Firefox update) that Firefox tries to access some weird websites each time it starts.

The websites Firefox tries to access are various (non-exhaustive list):

• itchytidying.com
• jollytestpartying.com
• dateddeed.com
• censusmiles.com
• unpleasantconcrete.com
• pacifyrespirator.com
• (...)

Kaspersky Internet Security blocks all those access attempts and notifies me with a "Download denied" event and a "Probability of unauthorized software download" message (see uploaded image).

I immediately suspected one of my Firefox extensions, so I disabled them all... But the issue kept on occurring. Could Firefox be infected? (I ran Kaspersky Internet Security through my whole PC, and it found nothing ; I did the same with the free version of MalwareBytes ; nothing again).

I find it hard to believe that this behavior is normal and that these alerts are false positives from Kaspersky Internet Security... What do you think guys?

Firefox tabs crash repeatedly for a particular email website that I am using. Specifically, the tab crashes when I click on an link to open an email and see the email contents. The tab will not crash every single time, just occasionally (i.e. sometimes I am able to read an email without the tab crashing, other times not). I do not think that the timing of the crashing has anything to do with the email contents (e.g. length, format). I also do not think that the tab crashing issue is happening for any other websites. The crashing started recently, sometime late December.

I installed the latest version of Firefox, and I cleared the web cache, but nothing has changed.

Any suggestions?

Every time I enter my local town in "Get the news that’s local to you" on the BBC website it disappears as soon as I move to another page. It never used to do this and it is very frustrating. Any help would be very gratefully received! Thank you.

Hello, I have no left top miniature on main page youtube. This property was on my old computer (widows 7) and after synchronization migrate to my new computer (windows 10). I cleared cookies and cache. I don't wont clear history. Regards Tomek

file:/Desktop/Removed%20Apps.html On Thursday, November 25, 2021 9:02 AM my PC was refreshed, so says the Firefox icon that popped up on my screen, and I presume by FireFox because they removed about 25 Apps that I typically use.

1-How do I re-install them? 2- and why would they be removed?

Searched the forums and web, no one seems to have answer that I have found. Firefox 95.02, Windows 10 Pro, 8 GB RAM, Dell Notebook, fiber optic Internet 156 mbps Start by running CCleaner, disable un-needed startups, extensions, ad-ons, ect., then roboot, have clean slate. About 3 months ago, after about 15 minutes Firefox slows down, then quits loading images, then eventually quits loading whole pages. If I was blocking content it would not work for at least 10 minutes. This evening, 21.38 clean boot, start FF, go to Facebook, read notifications, 1 tab open, nothing else running 21.55 images fail to load, still one tab open Researched more and ran about:memory, memory-report.json.gz unable to figure out how to upload Run CCLeaner, I do not save cookies or cache after FF closes, reboot 22.04 start Firefox, 1 tab open nothing else 22.16 images slow loading 22.20 nothing loads, try other websites like NOAA radar, all fine Reminds me I saw at the bottom left "Waiting for static.xx.fbcdn.net" Screen shot of Task Manager attached, FF running 10 times, 154 kb image will not upload Failed to upload, copying this txt and starting over. Images loaded fine after reboot Facebook works fine on Edge, I do not have/use Chrome or Google Facebook is the only page Firefox has issues with.

Dear Sir or Madam; I downloaded a login CSV file from the Firefox browser. The date columns format in the CSV login file is ‘1.64055E+12’. In EXCEL, 44556.79166 would translate to 2021/12/26 18:59:59. The translation of ‘1.64055E+12’ should not be the same exact date, but should be in the same date range, as the 44556.79166 number. I’m not a mathematician. Would you please show me how to convert the '1.64055E+12' value to an equivalent excel date/time number? I could then format the excel date number cells to an yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss format. These scientific number values are in the Firefox login file CSV downloads so I assume they were intended to be used in EXCEL spread sheet. These values converted to EXCEL date values would help me sort account password date change records by account name and change date. I could review sorted account records (and thus determine the current password for individual old accounts). Your solution would help me immensely and I appreciate your time. A financial institution's log-in page suddenly remembers my username, though not my password.

The institution's site is not listed among those in Firefox's password manager at all.

The institution claims it's not their site, and it must be the fault of the browser.

Any suggestions? I need to protect this information.

P.S. Chrome also remembers the log-in or username.

Hi there, It was few weeks this is happened to me. Before then everything was great. First i thought i may have internet connection error but it wasnt. When i start to play video over youtube mozilla not responding for 5 to 10 seconds. This is also happends when i want to reward back in video. If i want to open another video from youtube/twitter or any other else in another tab again mozilla stopped working couple of seconds. I tried everything; safe mode, hardware acceleration, unistall/install with older version. None of them is working. Do you have any solution for that?

Update: The issue comes from the latest NoScript update v11.2.14 (2021-12-30). Disabling the extension fixed the issue. I'll report it to them. The report is available here.

Since the latest stable firefox version (95.0.2), it seems like opening a video file which can be played in the browser, like a mp4 file for instance, will result in an error:

The video will plays normally, just to make it clear. Just that the error will appear in the console. And the error will keep reoccuring. Here are some video samples if you need, to see if the error is individual or global.

I checked the source changes on that file but wasn't able to find any change there so not sure why this error is occuring atm, must be a deeper reason. I was aware of that error because i'm using a GreaseMonkey script to automatically redirect some links opened to only have the video displayed with custom settings to avoid having to allow some JavaScript. The error occurs independently of the extension (checked with the script disabled, and the extension disabled).

I've been teaching my young daughter how to use a computer, and we chose firefox as a browser she can use to do some things online - in particular she's been doing Math lessons using https://www.themathsfactor.com

After the past few weeks I've noticed that sound from that site no longer seems to work after 1 or 2 days. Embedded videos work, but sound where the site has a character that tells her what to do - stops working. If I restart the browser it starts working again - however refreshing the page does not. This is something recent, as older versions of firefox did not seem to do this. I'm wondering if there is some change/memory leak that might cause this?

I cannot see any of my links such as games, groups, or read comments made to posts on my facebook page. I have opened chrome and logged into it and can see everything using it. I much prefer firefox but need help finding a way to fix this.
