No videos appear at all on Teachable, just a blank space where video should be. I have allowed video and audio (video and audio work on many other sites). I have cleared my cache. I have to use a different browser to use this site. I have also noticed other sites that have the same problem.

Firefox no longer opens my previous session when re-opening the browser. "Open previous windows and tabs" is checked in the general of browser settings, but no longer performs a such. Was never an issue until a few days ago.

After updating Firefox to 116.0.1 my tabs keep randomly crashing. I get some crash reports *occasionally* - meaning not all crashes produce a crash report - but I'm not sure what to do with them, they seem inconclusive. 1) Firefox advertised free apps when you signed up for vpn. However, when I signed up for vpn, I didn't get any apps. Did I do something wrong? Why didn't I get the free apps? 2) I don't seem to be able to add the VPN two other computers. It seems to want to sell me (Again) the VPN. I don't want to buy it again, just add my existing VPN to other computers. 3) I have some Macs that run Parallel's. Do I need to add Firefox VPN do the Windows that is running on Mac. Or, does my Mac Firefox VPN somehow protect the windows without adding a separate VPN on windows?

In macOS you can set up a global keyboard shortcut for the Move Window to Right Side of Screen command via System Settings > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts.... In most apps that support the Move Window to... commands, this will simply move the window to the desired side of the screen when the key combo is pressed.

However, in Firefox the key combo will start the animation as normal but the window will then bounce back to its original location. It's only when the command is activated via a keyboard shortcut that it does the bounce back behavior, though; the command works as intended when activated from the Window menu in the menu bar or from Option + green button in the top left of the window.

The key combo I set up was Shift + Option + Command + Right Arrow, but I've also tried a couple of different key combos and they all did the same bounce back behavior. I've tried it on machines with different versions of macOS (Sonoma beta and Ventura) with the same result. The bounce back behavior also effects the Move Window to Left Side of Screen command.

Up through Monday, 10-16-2023, I could play Amazon Prime Videos. As of Tuesday, 10-17, I no longer can. I can do this on other browsers, e.g. Chrome and Safari. Can this be fixed or do I need to stop using Firefox?

How can I switch of the annoying new Firefox Fullpage Translations? It intrusively ask me each time a browse a new page. I do not need it nor do not want it. I cannot find a way to switch it off.... Mant thanks for your help. Christian

Occasionally all my tabs go away. I always find them, but today,"history>recently closed tabs" is greyed out. NEW I did not even close Firefox Please help steve z

mac os 12.1  ; firefox 98.02

I am a Mac user and using a second monitor display. When I move a Firefox window to the second display it doubles in size. I cannot figure out how to get it to display properly (as it displays on my original monitor). Please help.

I attempted to install a router but Mozilla sent a caution message that the brand (Net Gear) was insecure. Which brands are secure routers?>I have a Mac Book Air purchased a few months ago and have never had internet at home. This is first attempt. Thanks.

I've been trying to days to restore my settings and have followed all the prompts but Firefox is still disabling cookies. Anyone know of a fix that will restore back to initial setup? TIA

I seemed to try everything I found at the net, but since I updated to Mac OS Monterey, Chinese and other non Latin Charaters don't show up. It works with Chrome and Safari, What's the problem.

Until recently, when I would capture a PCAP file from a device through the web GUI, I would be able to click on the PCAP (packet capture) file and it would open the file in Wireshark. As of this week, it stopped doing that and now only allows me to save the file and I need to look for the file and double click on it to open the file. I lose a lot of time doing that. Looked at the mime types already installed but there is no pcap to allow me to associate with Wireshark. I am running macOS Monte Rey on an M1 platform. I was working fine before.

Since upgrading to an M1 2021 iMac running Monterey 12.3, clicking on links in Mac Mail opens 2 Firefox windows if Firefox is not open, even though "Open links in tabs instead of new windows" is selected in Firefox.
