Hello, while using Waterfox, recently, while on Facebook, the time a post was made on any given page stopped being shown except for the most recent - newest - one. Per the attached screenshots, the newest post shows that it was put up 26 mins before I got the screenshot, the post prior to that one does not show how long it's been since it was made. This is only in Waterfox. Not a problem with Firefox, Chrome or Edge. Waterfox is my browser of choice for all social media, so this is particularly problematic. Thanks for any help in resolving this.

In my Firefox email when I click on an email it opens to the entire page, but then if I want to get back to see the "Inbox" with the accounts and various folders I have created it seems the only way to do it is to scroll back on the line at the top which sometimes is short but literally sometimes takes a very long time and I don't know how close I'm getting, or I have to go up and click on the little contents box in the upper left corner, click on something else, like calendar or tasks to get out of email and then click on the contents box again and click on email. There has to be an easier way???

Hello. I have an issue with Firefox. Last week Facebook stopped showing images when run on Firefox. These are in the Feed and photos, etc. I tried refreshing, clearing cookies, history and cache. I changed enhanced tracking but nothing stops this. Are there any suggestions to repair this or could it be a bug? I work on Windows 10. Please help.

Hello when i am on facebook,and i want to do a video chat or a call chat it now tells me that video or voice calling is not supported by this browser,yet it was all working fine about a week ago and i went to do a video call two days ago and now i can't,i have no idea what has happened regards mark

Firefox seems to forget edits made to text boxes. I was reading a large pdf and adding notes to previously made text boxes. I thought I must be going crazy as I saw there was no notes I thought I had already made multiple times so I tested it. I edited a text box, scrolled a bit and continued browsing on another monitor. Checked in a minute and boom edit gone. If anyone has a solution I'd appreciate it as I have been using Firefox PDF editor for a bit and quite liked it until now.

Today while using firefox all my open tabs and windows crashed. Due to the situation, I had to restart my computer because everything was stuck. When it restarted I couldn't restore the previous session so I used various methods to restore it but I still can't restore the windows and tabs that were open today. I would like you to restore my session from before the failure today.

My Firefox browser recently updated to 115.11.0esr (64-bit), and now embedded videos won't play, I can initially see a picture, but instead of starting to play, the screen turns dark green and I can only hear the sound. This happened once before recently, but then it seemed to fix itself after a week or two. How can this be fixed?

I have looked around the Internet for similar issues, but most of them appear to address the moronic F11 full-screen problem. I'd be grateful to know if a 'tabs bar' option remains in FF126, and if so, how to enable it. Many thanks.

My Mozilla Firefox Web developer tool keeps autonomously toggling on/off in any Firefox window/tab..

Its as-if I'm repeatedly hitting Ctrl-Shft-I (which brings up the web developer tool in the bottom 1/4 of the browser).

I've checked all Setting, turned off all hardware acceleration as suggested for similar flickering problem (which wasn't on anyway).

I use Norton 360 Security Software but have Norton Safe Web disabled. The only active Extensions are Firefox Multi-Container and Firefox Sideview.

Its not doing it at the moment, but I'm not sure exactly what triggers it and expect it to happen again.

Last time it happened I was browsing Amazon. Hitting Ctrl-Shift-I only makes is turn off until start scrolling again, etc.

I don't think its virus related, because I use Norton 360, and Task manager "Performance Tab" show the computer is generally very mellow.

Please help, as I love Firefox, but this problem can drive one crazy.

My Firefox is the most recent version 126. I am having trouble with pop-ups being blocked. I have added the website to the pop-up exception list. When I go to the site, it shows me the little icon showing I have added exceptions for this site. However; the pop-up still gets blocked.

The site is: https://www.foxit.com/ I try clicking the Log In drop down then Foxit Account. Before this would pop-up the log in screen for the site but since version 125, it does not. I just updated to version 126 to see if that resolved it before creating this post but it didn't. Thus I am here trying to get help.

I Can no longer have a direct access to my SFR mailbox and my Gmail. I must reauthentify myself each Time ID and password. I called SFR technical services, they told me they couldn't do anything. Firefox is an old browser, I should try to log myself with edge or chrome. How Can I continue have a direct access to my mail boxes with firefox?

I'm considering switching to Firefox for my primary browser BUT once I log in to AOL to check my mail, the print is tiny and cut off top and bottom of each letter. This is not a new problem, but I'm using Firefox more now and still have to use another browser OR another device to read my email. I am attaching a screen capture of what it looks like.

I don’t understand what Firefox is doing. For example, I used to start typing the first few letters of “weather.com”, which I visit pretty much daily, and it would auto fill “weather.com”. Now it auto fills every time with http://www.weatherbase.com/. I don’t know where that came from. Similarly, I used to type the first few letters of “duckduckgo.com” and it would bring up “duckduckgo.com”. Now it brings up a magnifying glass below the url with “Search with duckduckgo”. I am thinking it might be best if I can start over, i.e. clear out any information it’s saved about where it thinks I want to go, and start remembering the sites I am entering now.

After loading the pop-up blocker extension I cannot access many links inmy email. Suggestions?

Tried uninstalling, selected to not include previous settings and reinstalled. Still having a problem.

Possible conflict with my firewall? How do I uninstall pop-up blocker?

How do I delete all traces of FireFox. I did the "remove program" but when I reinstall it is remembering that I once had Firefox installed so that tells me it has NOT fully removed all traces of Firefox. So please tell me how to remove everything. I keep getting errors that I don't get when I use other browsers, so there is some sort of issue with Firefox so I absolutely need to remove EVERYTHING. There must be some hidden files that the uninstall program is NOT finding. I need all profiles, files, bookmarks etc GONE!!!!! so I can do a new install. PS The REFRESH did not fix my issues so please don't offer that as a potential solution.

I use the Kindle Cloud Reader (https://read.amazon.com/kindle-library) to access and read ebooks in my Amazon Kindle library. Since the latest Firefox update something is preventing my ebooks from opening correctly. The ebooks open, but only a single page appears and none of the navigation controls load.

Amazon support suggested trying a different browser. I loaded the Edge browser and had no problems opening my ebooks. I prefer to use the Firefox browser so I hope you can fix this issue.

unable to receive emails for last 2 days, w11 desktop. I get the msg failed to connect to server Sending emails not put in sent folder, can save in local folder. No problems before this.

Hey there. To get straight to the point, whenever I am watching a YouTube video on Firefox in full screen, every so often the screen goes black then slowly fades back in. I have no idea how to fix this issues and it is not my computer that is causing it (doesn't happen on other browsers, my computer was tested for a variety of problems and nothing was wrong, etc). I have also looked through Firefox Reddit help pages and the support articles on the Firefox support website but have found nothing to help. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated! Thank you :)

I'm trying to use the built-in PDF Editor features after finding out about it but every PDF file I open with Firefox has the options grayed out (as shown in the screenshot). What should I do to re-enable the features?
