Many sites that I go to state that my Firefox is out of date. But, when I look for an update, I can't find one. I have my settings set to "Update automatically" so don't know if it is or isn't updated.

I accidentally deleted the blue star on one of my book-marked items and am struggling to get it back. Its very useful so i can see immediately if somethings already been bookmarked. Plus I could remove easily and/or put into other folders. All solutions appear to be to go to customize firefox and to drag and drop in some bar at the top of the page BUT when i do this it STILL doesn't come back. HELP!!! (Please explain in total laymens terms and don't nauseate me with technolingo.)

The top informational header for my Earthlink email has vanished on Firefox. I still receive email but cannot reply/forward via Firefox. a complete and correct Earthlink email is still found on internet and their website.

How do I get the header for my email back on Firefox?

Hi All,

I'm using an iMac with OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. I am using Firefox 78.15. When I click on links, nothing happens. I have to right click and select "open link in new tab." I suspected it might be an out-of-date Add-On. So, I disabled all add-ons and restarted Firefox. It had no effect.

This problem is getting annoying Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

The bookmark dropdown submenus won't open any more. I can click Bookmarks>next random menu>next menu and it won't show the bookmarks. To be clear, I am going to a folder bookmark and then a sub-folder bookmark which won't show what is inside this sub-folder.

Any idea why this is happening?

My bank is telling me that my browser is not secure. I check my account daily and this is the first time I have received this notification. What must I do to renew security?

In Amazon.co.uk, when I tried to remove items for view option, the option is not working. I tried with Safari and it works?? so is it a bug with firefox or amazon, but then again why aill it work with other browser....

On start-up the Firefox browser shows a list of articles/topics that is referred to as Pockets. I clicked on one from Orion Magazine this morning and after the article was up for about 30 seconds a graphic appeared that showed a large metal looking sphere and was suppose to augment the article. This graphic completely locked up my computer. I am running an ancient iMac, mid-2007, and it took bringing down my wi-fi network and a little frustration to get my computer unfrozen. Please take down this article.

I accidently unistalled firefox on my macbook pro, I had to re install. I had to sign back inot fire fox by creating a new account under robinpegden@icloud,com.

I already had a firefox under this user name. Can you link my old account so I can transfer all book marks saved etc? thank you.
