I want to uninstall and maybe re-install some add-ons. But when I goto the add-on page. It just appears blank. So are some other pages in the support/ help sections. Another most notably, is (via menu) help -> more troubleshooting information. It just sends me to a blank page! See the uploaded images for the pages I get send to.

Hi... I have an issue which no sound for media like YouTube .. I have check all sittings are default, and I have fallow up all topic still no sound question and all sitting are OK!? I can't play any videos with sound !!! need help please...

When I'm viewing a PDF from within Firefox and try to print the page, it shows a smaller version between 1/2-3/4 of the size of the paper. I have "fit to page selected" and this doesn't change it. I try a larger than 100% scale and this doesn't change it either.

However when I download the pdf and pull it up using Acrobat it allows me to print full page, fit to page, scale, etc no problem.

Initially I thought it was my printer, but I removed and reinstalled the drivers for the printer and I don't have this issue with any other program except for printing from Firefox. It's almost like the Firefox browser has too small of a page default set so that it's fitting to a page, but the page is smaller than 8.5x11 printer paper.

How do I fix this?

The last few days I have been unable to connect to Microcenter (www.microcenter.com) when using FireFox. Get an error Forbidden - ID: db4a0787baff80adb2df6dd9d9881a53, the # changes everytime you try. But the website works fine when I use google chrome and microsoft edge.

Hi, I would like to export all my bookmarks once a day. This needs to happen automatically because it will be part of a bigger idea where I will be working with this file etc.

Is there any way to do this? For example: - do it using API directly in the Firefox Sync service? - do it via command line in Windows?

Any other idea?

Firefox keeps asking me if I want to start it with windows. Again. And Again. AAAAAAND AGAIN.

How can I disable it? Seriously, Mozilla is really doing their best to scare me away... How could they think it's a good Idea to annoy their users over and over again?

Hi folks, So my university uses gmail and accesses with Duo Mobile. I usually use Firefox on a Win11 PC, no problem. This morning for some reason firefox will not let me even begin the login process. Chrome works fine. I have disabled four extensions (DuckDuckGoprivacy, Unpaywall, YoutubeNonstop, Boomerang) and restarted, no change.

This has to be a firefox issue? help please!

Twitter's login page won't load when I try to open it in Firefox. https://twitter.com/ https://twitter.com/ loads just fine, account pages like https://twitter.com/firefox load just fine, and individual tweets individual tweets load just fine. But when I click the login button on any working page, or go directly to the login page at https://twitter.com/i/flow/login, all I get is a white rectangle in the middle of the screen that flashes a loading-spinner for a few frames every two seconds but never actually loads any page content.

I can log in just fine in Chrome, so the problem is specific to Firefox. The problem started at least a week ago, but I don't log in on my desktop regularly enough to know exactly when the problem started.

I turned my Browser Privacy setting to "Standard" and cleared all site data from Twitter, with no effect. I use uBlock Origin, but the problem persists when I disable it. The problem also occurs in Private windows.

I have an odd situation happening and I'm hoping someone can share some insight or knowledge on how to get it resolved.

The short story is that I have a blog for my crochet business, along with an accompanying Pinterest account.

Back in December my blog was hacked for a few weeks. I got it resolved with my hosting provider and it's been working fine since.

However, at the same time I noticed that my Pinterest views dropped to almost zero, after years of very good traffic numbers from that account. When I went in to test my pins that go to my blog, I found that they lead to a spam website.

Out of curiosity, I decided to test the same pins using a private Firefox window. Those worked perfectly, leading to my blog content. I also tested them using the Safari and Chrome browsers, and those also worked perfectly.

So it seems that the only time my pin links go to the spam site is when I'm using a regular Firefox window. I don't know if that explains the enormous drop in views, but I find it just very strange that I only see it happen with the regular Firefox window.

Any insight or help would be appreciated. I did also message Pinterest to see if they had any thoughts on it. Here is one of my boards that has all pins leading to my blog. [https://www.pinterest.com/poshpattern.../posh-patterns-blog/]

After re-installing Firefox, my Bookmarks are gone. I could reinstall them as I go along, but my Folders (used to organize) are also gone. Worse: I cannot seem to figure out how to re-create folders or move those Bookmarks I have. Any suggestions.

Hello – How to recover Google Search results without every result being an image, without blocking every image either.

I want the old style, where an image from Wikipedia was shown when available, and occasionally others. Whatever algorithm(s) were used before the 123 update are what I want, preferably without reverting to Firefox 122.

Every result an image is wasting so much of my time that I've resorted to searching in Opera (which means at least 80% of my internet time).

Cursory examination of Firefox settings offered no relief.

hi, when I am using Firefox to play a media file - both audio and video - an icon is placed in the menu bar - which can be used to navigate the media file. (i.e. stop/play/pause, ff/rw etc.)

is it possible to tweak Firefox so this icon does not appear?

I cannot find a parameter in Settings to turn this feature off.

Other browsers work fine - Edge, Chrome. Firefox had been working fine and abruptly started behaving badly. I powered down my system and restarted, that's when the "Unable to connect" started. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still happening. Uninstalled and scrubbed system of all relevant traces of Firefox (didn't meddle with minor registry entries), restarted and reinstalled. Still "Unable to connect".

I have exhausted my knowledge set and the only thing I know of that I have yet to try is monitor the ethernet stack or process activity.

Hi, My computer died and I can't access it. I tried to sync firefox but it wont let me as I did not have my original password. All of my personal medical links and billing links are bookmarked there. Is there any hope to get it to sync?

My address book icon has disappeared. I send out multi-recipient emails fairly often. I cannot find my lists. How do I retrieve my lists ad get the address book icon back?

I had one email that I linked with a mobile game but I logged off and sold it. But every time I went to google.com and clicked sign in then It pops up the old Google account which I already sold. And I have to select new email and login again. It seemed in every time I went to google I have to re-login again. Its very bother me.
