Whose idea was it to popup a Firefox promotion window while I was working on a text? The popup took me out of the page where I was working, Google Voice. I am struggling, doing this with one hand while the other is in an Ace bandage with an ice pack on top. This was a needless interruption!

Keep getting pop-ups from networkrush.co.in and speednetworkdevice.co.in both of which are identified as malware. Any way to block them?

Soooo! everytime I try to open cloudflare, no matter what site it comes from, the connection refuses to go through and I'm only having this problem on firefox, I came from opera gx, had no problems with cloudflare till now!

Roughly 90% of the time I am using firefox to access and export excel files from a site used for the back end of our point of sale system, the tab I am exporting from jumps to a random URL (usually for a utility company I use to pay utility bills through). I have to go back several pages to get back to the original. It is totally problematic, and fairly random and often the utility company URL will vary; sometimes it's the gas company, sometimes it's the power company....occasionally the internet service provider).

the only autoplay setting i can find is under privacy and security. the page shows DEFAULT FOR ALL WEBSITES: Block Audio and Video, but videos still open and play. the page does not retain the change when i select the button REMOVE ALL WEBSITES. this problem has not been happening for years. it may have begun about six months ago. thank you for your time

I just get gray boxes and cannot even log in or anything. I have no ad blockers or add-ons. How can I get youtube working again on Firefox. It is working fine on Safari and on my iphone.

For years I have used Firefox as my preferred internet browser, and most of the time it's OK. Recently, however, when trying to log on to my bank accounts, I get the message "Log on error. You need to enable cookies in your browser to logon to Internet Banking." How do I do this? In the meantime I am using another browser and can log on successfully there.

I am having trouble trying to open sites that I know are safe , for instance trying to follow a link from an email, or even using google search

I get a message saying

In Windows 10, Audible throws this error:

An Error Occurred An error occurred during processing. Please close this window and try again.

Other browsers are fine. Other media in Firefox such as BBC Sounds are fine. I cleared the history, then reset Firefox. I thought it might be an issue with the latest Realtek driver, but I could not roll back all Realtek drivers. So I installed an Asus DS Xonar 7.1 PCI soundcard. This shows exactly the same problem.

I think the HTML that loads in Firefox is corrupted or tampered.

I deleted Firefox to re-install it after playing with profiles and that not working how I wanted it to (yet). I uninstalled the app from the applications and the library on my Mac and reinstalled Firefox. Now when I open Firefox it says that it's up and running but no windows actually open up for me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it again and it still won't open windows. I have to force quit Firefox as nothing shows up in my top tool bar to even show Firefox as open.

How can I get Firefox to actually install and be functioning on my computer again?

Running (as of an hour ago) macOS 14.5 (was using previous up to date OS when I installed Firefox again.

Hi, I don't know if this is a problem or not, but my Inbox says I have 2 unread messages but I can't seem to find them. They usually show up in bold to alert me that they are unread, but I cannot find these messages at all and don't know where to look for them. This happened once before and I discovered that they were embedded in a thread that someone had replied to but didn't show up to where I could easily see it. I had to search through all my threads to find it. I am only having this problem on my computer running Windows 11. My ipad shows everything as being read. Any help would b appreciated. Thank you,

I am unable to either log in or access accounts on the websites indeed.com, x.com and chatgpt's openai.com

I used different computers (Windows 10 and Windows 11), different networks (Public library and private residence), and different versions of Firefox (125 and 126.0), one browser without any add ons and another with the "uBlock Origin" one, and I kept observing captcha or human authentication related errors.

With x.com, I would pass the human verification challenge (solve 10 puzzles), and then I would get the error "Something went wrong. Due to a technical issue, we couldn't complete this request. Please try again." Just lately after decade plus of using Firefox I am getting computer hung up, nothing running but Firefox with 7 tabs open. That is how I been running FF for years, same 7 tabs open and no problems until a coupler months ago. I am on Windows 10 64 bit current with May updates, 12GB main memory, Intel Core i5 @ 3.20GHz, 500 GB WD HDD. The task manager right now is showing 49 FF processes running. All is well right now, but maybe by end of day or tomorrow it will hang up. Right now Virtual memory is set at 14838. I have it set at automatic manage paging file. My hard drive has 281 GB free space. Below is a warning error I see when FF hangs and sends in a report.

I am unable to have autofill at all, every guide will direct me to somewhere in the settings that does not exist. Do I need to download a seperate add on?

All of a sudden, my pages appear in Spanish. When I go to the Translate Page tab and change it from Spanish to English, part of the page still appears in Spanish.

The default language is English, so I don't know how or why it's coming up in Spanish.
